I’m so happy that I called this company because Maurice who did the job had done an excellent job in power washing the hardened grease throughout the piping system from kitchen sink all the way to the main pipe. I will definitely recommend Zoom Drain company to those who has clogging problems on their sinks or toilets.

In January we found a leak and discovered we had faulty Kitec pipe in our house. Faced with the enormous task of repiping our house (400 feet of pipe!!) we chose Dave for the job. He did an awesome job! He kept work spaces clean, was super polite and went out of his way to keep us as comfortable as possible during the whole process. We also had Dave replace our water heater with a new heat-pump hybrid electric model. He went above an beyond making sure everything was perfect and we were happy with the outcome! I would definitely recommend him!!

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. I'm definitely a fan and will use them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs!

As a single-family home builder, I requested that they come out and put a hydrant on an empty piece of land for me. They provided me with a fair quotation, arrived on time, and completed the work well.

They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

Today I had a plumbing emergency and Laird was sent to help me. He was great....professional, knowledgeable, nice, and able to get things under control in minutes (a leak in the water heater).
I was also so thankful to the person who answered the phone at McDonald PHAC because she had Laird at my house within the hour.
All is now well...and I have a new water heater.

Very honest staff

I had an under the slab leak in my apartment building. I liked that when I called, Jeff answered, not an answering service or voicemail system. I was able to describe problem, and he gave me solutions to try to fix the problem before he came out. I was impressed he did that when others I called just said they would come out for a fee and give an estimate. When he did the work, it was quickly and professionally done. He even had his crew help this elderly couple replace their furniture.

In the end, the cost of the whole service was less than his estimate. How often does that happen!

Hope I don't, but I will definitely call Jeff's Plumbing, Inc if I ever have a need again!!!
