He went to 3 plumbing shops to find the same type of cartridge to replace our bad one. He tested thoroughly to make sure the new installed cartridge doesn't cause water leak. I like his professionalism and great attitude to get things done in good quality.

When I called them they told me there is a 90$ diagnostic charge and I agreed to that ! Later I found out they charged me $197 without my knowledge ! These people are very deseptive and dishonest! I wouldn't recommend this company!
