Best Water Line in Sacramento CA

I have used First Response Plumbing for years for my rental properties. Always quick to respond and handle any issue I have including emergency issues.

Technician was good, polite and informative. He worked hard and I will assume did a nice job in a tight space under the house. Price was absolutely outrageous for a 20ft section of 2” PVC.

I found Larry’s plumbing through thumbtack. They were quick to respond and provide the service. I reached out on Sunday and the service was done by Monday evening. Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

Jason, the gentleman who came out and diagnosed and repaired my water leak, was a real pleasure to work with. He explained what the problem was and gave me several options to choose from on how I wanted to proceed with the repair. He didn't try to upsell me and explained the cost of each of the repair procedures.
He was very professional in his workmanship and customer service.
I would use this company again in a heartbeat. I can not say enough of how much I am satisfied with this company and its employees.

Technician Adam arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work evaluating the job at hand. A dishwasher installation, removing the existing dishwasher and a shower head installation. He provided a reasonable estimate before starting work and started working right away. Adam was thorough, professional and tidy in his work. Are these comments a scam? Owner came out to my home and quoted me additional costs for a piping that wasn't even broken. I agreed and reschedule an appointment once the items came in.

Items came in. The receptionist was nice and gave me an appointment. Next thing, the owner calls me and said to push my appointment 3 weeks further back! Unprofessional, a jerk, and no reimbursement for my time literally wasted. The owner gave no explanation. I am stuck with items that I need to return now!!!

I only give 2 stars because the receptionist was kind. Otherwise, I would give them negative stars.

Hire them at your own risk. Recently I had a plumbing issue at my house. They promote themselves as professionals who offer free estimates. What a lie. They charged me a whooping $250.00 to diagnose a problem I already told them I knew the origin. They promote themselves as general contractors. After they cut opened my ceiling, they said they'd refer someone to come finish up the work since I had water damage. These people never referred anyone, neither did they call me. They are extremely expensive as compared to others. Never again!
