Michael did an outstanding job. Came to site and attempted to remove as many roots as possible from the main line. He shared video of the root invasion and provided estimates to address with no sales pressure. Very professional and courteous service!

So, I figured out who to ask for when you call ACE Plumbing. The guy's name is Laird. Looks and speaks like Vin Diesel's older brother. He has been at it 30 years....a master plumber. When my (not my neighbor's) tankless unit went down a day after my neighbor's nightmare, Laird got the assignment. He stuck to the job, kicked butt on the machine, stayed on the phone with tech support and their engineers forever, got parts ordered, then found some locally and came back that night to give my family hot showers again!

This guy rocks, so ask for him. The other guy from the other review is a nit-wit, but do not know his name. Just get Laird.

Solid, professional and effective

We first used Cecilio Duran of NewWRX plumbing 4 years ago when our 2 bathrooms were renovated. We were able to have him back to finish the kitchen and laundry room infrastructure today replacing all drain and sewer lines under the house, as well as the fresh water supply lines and valves. Updating our 1954 Land Park home with quality workmanship is very important to us. We have referred Cecilio’s company to friends and coworkers that have also had work done and have been very pleased. Quality work, excellent prices.

Our AC went out on over 100 degree day. Steve from Fix It Rite came out within the hour of me calling. Steve was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He had our AC fixed within 30 minutes. I’m only using this company from now on! I highly recommend 👏🏻

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. I had this company dispatched through my home warranty the technician came out diagnosed the unit I waited 2 weeks for parts the part worked for about an hour and stopped working I called the company they were very unprofessional said they were not going to fix it and would not return my money either I don't know who runs this company but this is definitely not the way to do business and I will definitely be contacting the BBB and a lawyer in this matter Thank you and have a great day
