Best Water Heater Repair in Sacramento CA

I had first call Aaron on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving and he answered the phone. I could hear kid's laughing in the background and thought he might be a family man so I thought I'd give him a try. To my surprise he showed up in a few hours later and cleared my blocked kitchen drain. His prices are so affordable compared to the big box companies it's unbelievable. I gave him a big tip, and have had him out a number of times. I had him replace my hall bathtub, showed valve and head, upgrade some plumbing and couldn't be how fair his prices are. I've even had some repairs done at my mom's house (someone I can trust). Sometimes you find someone that is good at what they do and don't try to rip you off. I've found my plumber. I can't say enough about Aaron. I highly recommend his services.

Read the reviews and research....This place is just like those other places that try to gauge you - quoted $27K for a minor job, we did a hard decline and then they tried to offer to do it for $16K.

Solid, professional and effective

Just had a visit from Cecilio Duran from NewWRX . He was able to work us in quickly for an emergency. We are grateful. This is the third time we've had him out to do work and since ours is an older home, I'm sure we'll be seeing more of him. Just have to take a minute to say how impressed we are. They came after I submitted a claim with my warranty company. The appointment time was 3-5pm and the man came at 1:30. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. He did absolutely nothing and charged me $85 for the warranty copay. Do not trust this company! He did absolutely nothing! Did not touch anything, did not come inside, did not touch a pipe...literally nothing. He then sent a report to my warranty company and they denied the claim, leaving me out $85. He also threatened my husband and I that our home is old and the pipes are going to burst soon and we will be out tens of thousands of dollars. I tried to contact them today to get my deposit back, to no answer and no return phone call.
