We had a very dangerous gas leak and Rooter Hero was able to get someone to us pretty much immediately. Keenan Chiu was the plumber who assisted us. He was professional, thorough, and diagnosed the problem perfectly. He understood our needs and concerns and he was extremely reassuring as he proceeded to work on the replacement of the entire piping under the house.I was 100% satisfied. We have had a perennial drainage problem in our house since we moved in 3 years ago. Brad Pierson, our Ace plumber, guided us through the possible options, ranging from a simple snaking out the pipes to a complete re-piping of the house (our house is 63 years old), giving us the pros and cons of each solution. We settled on snaking, followed by a high pressure water treatment to better rid the pipes of debris, and we are happy with the results. Brad was friendly, obviously knew his business, and efficient. We would ask for him the next time we need plumbing help.

Safi was honest, quick and reliable. He related the problem and got it fixed. Didn’t waste time.

I found Larry’s plumbing through thumbtack. They were quick to respond and provide the service. I reached out on Sunday and the service was done by Monday evening. Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. No wonder I had to wait a couple of days to get them, but well worth it. Steve is funny, knowlegeable and has the parts in his truck! Not only did they fix the issue (a circuit board, a sensor and something else), but they also cleaned the coils.

My refrigerator went out and I was afraid it was going to need to buy a new one. Fortunately these guys had the parts and gave me two choices. Fix it today at ~$800 or purchase a new one at ~$2100.

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Same Day came out at about 1pm to unplug, later that afternoon I called them to inform that toilet was still not flushing. They advised that they were working on schedule and would call me back with a time. They never called, I followed up the next morning and was advised that I would have to wait for Monday. Very dissatisfied that they did not do the work correctly the first time and now they are having me wait for 3 days. But they sure did take my $$$$
