Elliot, Jesus , Marcos and Frankie were over and beyond kind and patient with my 84 year young mother. They explained the plumbing situation to her and she was very comfortable with their work. Frankie worked so hard to make her happy, and boy was she. The resortoration crew was also very helpful, and awaiting the results of our testing. Hoping we dont have to rip up the floor, but if we do I'm not worried. Thank you Rooter Hero, for making a bad situation, good and one we don't have to deal with for a very long time :)

I found Larry’s plumbing through thumbtack. They were quick to respond and provide the service. I reached out on Sunday and the service was done by Monday evening. Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

Steve and David are incredible. We called on a Saturday afternoon for an unknown leak in the garage and they had found the leak and repaired it by the end of the day. It was in the subfloor of my home, a very unlikely spot to ever look for this type of leak and they chased the leak all the way to the second floor and it has been dry ever since. A very hard find but they knew exactly how to maneuver the space of my home and garage to pinpoint the exact location! We are still so impressed and thankful!

In addition to the pipe leak, Steve repaired the drywall that needed to be replaced, as well as helped repair another spot from a former opening. He also was able to help mitigate some mold areas for us cause by the broken pipe.

David fixed our garbage disposal and found a tiny piece of plastic that has
been caught between the sides of the disposal for a while!

I had a really bad problem with a clogging sink that was worst than I thought and calling 1st Plumbing Davis was the best idea, not only were they professional but didn’t leave until everything was ok. I would recommend it a 100%.

dealing with park is a nightmare they are horrible i did like the tech that came out to do install but after there was a issue park did everything as cheap as possible to fix

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.
