We rent and the owners just had all the pipes replaced a couple of weeks ago, after our kitchen faucet was running little more than a trickle for the second time in six months. They hired Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing. Great crew; professional yet personable, went straight to work and wasted no time. Jeremy was the head crew member and made me feel comfortable having them in & out of the house. Jeremy also showed us the build up in the galvanized pipes (it was so nasty and unhealthy). The dry wall guys did nice work and they all cleaned up after themselves. I recommend these guys for all the reasons. Great crew, super efficient, quality work, great work ethic. If we buy a home we'll be calling them when we need this kind of service.

The first thing is that Miracle Works responded to my inquiry swiftly while others took 5 day or not at all. I was given a reasonable quote for the work on a Friday and was scheduled for the following Wednesday. Two techs showed up for the work and went to town to complete my 5 plumbing jobs in about two hours. Jeff and the other tech were both very personable and very easy to speak with as the job went on. All jobs were explained to my satisfaction. I would have no problem recommending Miracle to others.

The guys were courteous and were at my house fixing the kitchen sink leaks within hours of my distress call. I recommend Domco for any plumbing needs as they are quick and affordable.

Daniel from Bullseye Leak Detection came out today to assess plumbing issues at my home. Two months earlier, CSAA had sent out a competitor American Leak Detection to do an initial assessment. From a comparison, I find Bullseye to be so much more thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. American Leak's report was indeterminate. ALD did not go under the house to do a visual inspection. Daniel on the other hand was very thorough, took pictures, and explained his theories of suspected leak origins/causes/evidence. American Leak's person only did an initial mechanical testing of the water lines and left promptly. If you want testing to be done right and thoroughly and if you are using CSAA, especially, insist on BULLSEYE! This will save time and energy rather than dealing with incompetence and headaches from American Leak's rather useless initial assessment which was indeterminate as to water source leaks. Now after Bullseye's visit I am more confident that assessment has been done properly. And with this I am able to make informed reasonable decisions about my home. Thank you Daniel.

Beware! They will attempt to sell you services that you dont need and then charge you for it.
Like they did to me. The tecnician offered to check if drain is plugged in addition to fixing the leak by saying ”i can take a look at it”.
The fee was not included in the estimate, but was later added to the bill! “Looking” cost me $150!
