I had a water leak under the sink and couldn't identify the source. Since I purchased the house 3 years ago, I've had a disposal installed and a friend do some minor adjustments -- the leak seemed to get worse not better.

Alvin came out, assessed the situation, and identified the issue. He not only gave a hourly estimate in advance, he estimated the time it usually takes to complete the job. He came the same day -- lucky for me because he just finished a big job and had time. When the job was finished, he offered a lower price based on the 'job' rather than an hourly rate. How great is that? Receipt was even in my inbox before he left the house :-)

Alvin was .... excellent! He was down to earth, professional, exceptionally skilled giving tips and education and simply pleasant. He is clearly experienced 'old school', doing things right the first time. His prices were fair -- there was no 'up-selling'. I will definitely keep his card handy for any future needs.

Re: 3 leaking faucets (kitchen sink, bathtub, bathroom sink)

The technician (Jesse P) offered four options which the company literally called Gold/Silver/Bronze/Band Aid. Gold was $2400, and Band Aid was $1000. I already had the replacement faucet ($200), so the price does not even include the major part. I did not hesitate even a second to let him go. Oh ya, they charged me $90 for the estimates, which was fine... because they clearly let me know when I scheduled the appointment.

Long story short - I hired a different technician who did the whole job + parts for $300. He replaced the kitchen sink faucet, replaced a cartridge for the bathtub faucet & rubber ring for the bathroom sink.

What a waste of time/money... What a bitter experience...

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. Damian patiently went over the estimate(s) with me because, if the price was appropriate, I was considering having two sinks repaired. Damian had only been able to fix one, but it had been a good one. I appreciate that he makes himself available to me even on Sundays.

Called them to install a distribution box on our septic system and replace one pipe in our leach field. Had everything done in a week, best price around, very friendly guys and job well done. They cleaned up the area after they were done. Couldn't be more happy with their work!! I'm extremely relieved as I don't have to worry about my septic system anymore.

Hired Absolute for the 2nd time now and they continued to show their professionalism and reliability. The price to fix my kitchen pipe, and garbage disposal was very affordable. Absolute will continue to be my go to plumbing company.
