Called Jeff’s Plumbing to come out to replace our water heater that was leaking and causing my carpet to get soggy - 3 days before Thanksgiving. They came out immediately, replaced my water heater and while they were here had them replace our kitchen faucet that was leaking. Tom did an excellent job replacing the water heater and faucet all in one day - excellent service- excellent product - and excellent people to work with and did all the work for a very reasonable price! I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
