Just had a visit from Cecilio Duran from NewWRX . He was able to work us in quickly for an emergency. We are grateful. This is the third time we've had him out to do work and since ours is an older home, I'm sure we'll be seeing more of him. Just have to take a minute to say how impressed we are. Bill and Cody are super responsive, efficient and have so much knowledge- they replaced my water heater and an old, rusty sewer cleanout. They’ve also helped inspect other plumbing leaks and fix a leaking gas line that was really difficult to access. They are incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and even spend extra time giving me pointers on how to take care of smaller plumbing issues on my own, which saves me money. I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
