Best Rooter in Sacramento CA

My guy did a super good job he was very patient even though I was a nervous wreck he did the extra things to make my experience super great I would 100% use him again and only him or somebody he had trained personally. He even gave advice on how do you fix a couple problems that I plan on fixing myself told me the right way to do it what tools do use when he get these parts and charged me nothing for the information on a scale from 1 to 10 he gets an 87. If this guy isn’t bumped up from technician to lead in the next six months I would not be surprised if he goes somewhere else to another company who would appreciate him a little more.

Solid, professional and effective

I've used Royal Plumbing on multiple occasions. Each time, Russ has done excellent work, and was professional, friendly, and mindful of my property. He comes when he says he's going to come. He makes sure the repair is solid. He comes up with the best solution, handling the problem without unnecessary cost. Most recently, he replaced the wall valve for the waterline on my refrigerator, which meant cutting into the sheetrock - but he managed to do the work with only taking out a small square that will be a cinch to repair. His prices are fair and I totally trust him. It doesn't get much better than that!

When I have plumbing problem I call VanGo rooter. Angelo the owner is very helpful. Duane the manager makes sure the technicians is on time. And calls me when they’re coming. Paul and Tom their technicians are very polite and professional. All the work VanGo did for me is clean and no mess left behind. I have a busy schedule so they make sure the hours works on my schedule. Thank you VanGo rooter for the great service.

Max the owner fix the time to hire people that really love what they do. As one of their equipment suppliers I have been on many of their jobs and if seen the caliber of work they do. Their attention to detail and their professionalism is some of the best that I've ever seen. They are truly Craftsman in their trade and take pride in and work. I know if I had any plumbing needs I would call the trenchless company.

Highly recommend Sacramento Plumbing Solutions! We had a slab leak in our 40 y.o. house and had to re-pipe our plumbing system to include 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room . Justice and Jesse are an incredible duo. They are hard workers who are efficient and left our house clean every day. The City of West Sacramento inspectors were highly impressed with their repiping and installation of the Type M copper pipes. They also provide a 5 year warranty on pipe replacement.

Also, I can't forget Grace! Communication was above and beyond expectations! The job wouldn't have gone so smoothly without her. She started the process for our permit the moment we accepted their help. She even communicated with the City of West Sacramento to set up our appointments for post-work inspections. When the inspectors didn't have a ladder to perform their inspection, Justice came all the way from El Dorado Hills to provide us one!

We used Figs Plumbing and we regret it. Daniel did not meet contract agreement. They installed bathtub, toilet and vanity. They failed to connect the vanity sink drain and it started leaking. He did not show up for couple days to connect it properly. We set appointment a week out to have tub shower door installed. We paid him the contract ageement amount which I wrote on check that it included the shower door istall and he then changed his mind and said it would be double what he originally agreed to. We decided to move forward and he calls the night before and stated we needed to find someone else to install it. He recommended a guy to install tile and the tile guy left areas without grout and medal framing not seated. Portions are not level and parts sticking out where someone could actually get cut.

Alex was stellar professional

They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

I've had to use Happy Rooter twice now in two seperate buildings of mine. They came out on a Saturday both times (no upcharge for weekend) and were able to fix my plumbing quickly and for a very reasonable price. Sam and his crew know what they are doing, and are fast and friendly. Would definitely use them again.
