Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

We called at 4:30 on Friday of Memorial Day weekend with a broken water main and Daniel was at our house within an hour. He worked at our issue for a few hours on Friday night until he determined that because of our crazy water pressure that we needed some different parts which couldn't be obtained until the next day. He was at our house bright and early Saturday morning and got the problem resolved. He and his crew are very hard working and caring people! We highly recommend!

Great local company. Did several jobs including HVAC repair, tankless water heater flushing, and sink faucet repairs. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided reasonable bid, and did a very good job! Very nice team who work efficiently, are knowledgable, and kept me informed as the job proceeded. I'm definitely a fan and will use them again for any HVAC or plumbing needs!

I had problems, though, with getting someone to our place. The request I placed before 8 am was never put into queue on Saturday; therefore, my appointment was moved to Monday. Otherwise, everything was very good.

Professional, honest, resourceful, and an EXPERT in his field, Larry was able to locate and repair the leakage originating from our attic AC unit pan dipper that could have potentially damaged our living room ceiling. They installed water line for my fridge and ended up flooding my entire kitchen. The guy turned the water back on but didn't close the valve he just installed. His response was welp things happen. Didn't offer discount, didn't offer fan just cleaned up the visible water and left. I spent the rest of the day wiping off counter, cabinets and attempting to dry floors. My baseboards were also damaged. I had to call the office to let them know what happened days later. The owner came out looked at my floors like it wasnt a big deal said he would cut me a check which was for the price I payed for the fan I had to buy to dry my floor.
My floors were less the 6 months installed. Now a few months later my floors are bubbled up in the area that was flooded. Don't recommend this company.

Edit response to owner: I am 100% sure I have the correct company. I have a picture of the check you sent me for the fan I had to buy to dry my floors and record of payment from my debit card. The picture of owner on your website is the same guy that came to my house. I tried to call a couple months later about my floors and no answer of course. I will not be removing my review. Do better.

I left an email and he called me in less than 5 minutes he was able to work with my work schedule and did a great job cleaned my whole drain around my house to insure it was clean and clear gave me some good advise aswell

David saved the day! Our water heater started leaking Sunday night and Abe Lincoln Plumbing was the only plumber able to make a house call that evening. David showed up within a 1/2 hour to diagnose the problem (old unit/cracked bottom), turn off the water heater, and help drain the unit. He returned within 48 hours to replace the old water heater and install the new one. David was prompt, professional, friendly, very knowledgeable, honest, and got the job done quickly. We would highly recommend Abe Lincoln Plumbing and Heating.

Ive written a review before, looks like it was taken down. No way does a company be in business since 1992, and there's no review...hmmmm.. I wonder. No, I dont have to wonder, I know, this company is bottom of the barrel... They did a detection for me, and left a mess after they left. Cutting tube piping and not repairing it. Terrible customer service, and... really, dont know how to send email attachments??? What a joke... Stay away...
