I called Ken, the owner, and he came out and fixed it himself. I gave them 5 stars because the job got done in a timely manner. This company is reasonable and does not overcharge.

They have a customer for life -- their pricing was fair, they were incredibly responsive and helped us out of a jam after we were screwed over by the warranty company and another local plumber. After buying some bathroom ceiling fans that I thought I was DIY enough to install, I realized it would be more of a job than I was prepared for, and I reached out to Joe. He called me back and explained what to expect regarding his rates and the job. He was open and clear about everything, sent me a written estimate by email, and scheduled a time to do the work a few days later. He arrived on time and removed the small, loud, poor running fans. While doing so confirmed my hunch that this was more than my DIY tools and skills were up for. He then installed the new fans, for which my sanity and eardrums have been thankful.

We found some great reviews on Yelp, so we decided to give them a call. Val made everything extremely easy from getting a quote, scheduling an appointment, ordering and getting the part, arriving on time, and doing everything in a timely manner. Affordable option.
