Called in for a service and it was Mike who answered my call. My 1 year old dropped a Hair Catcher inside my drain from my shower stand. It is one of the pieces of the Shower Shroom that stops hair from going to the drain. Mike was my first choice unlike other plumbers that I called for which they asked me to pay them first to get to my house before they start working, not going to happen. So I reject them and Mike showed up and start working. The service was quick, it was only like 5 minutes because he was able to vaccuumed out the Hair Catcher. I thought it would take longer to solve my plumbing problem because my wife was in the middle of a shower early morning along with my daughter so I thought the hair catcher would go farther in to the the pipe of my shower but it wasn't. I'm giving a great review for the service so thanks again Mike.

The technician fixed the bathroom sink drainage problem in less than 1 hour. In and Out it was done. The repair expense was far more reasonable compared to other quotes given to make a home service call. I will not hesitate to call them for future home plumbing service problems and/or recommend them to friends who need help with their plumbing repair.

The plumber from 1st Plumbing Davis actually gave me a mini-course in plumbing in order to understand the issues and arrive at a solution that my fiance and I were comfortable with. The company was great at communicating arrival windows and even provided a tracking link so that I could track his journey to me and I knew to the moment when he arrived. He was quick in the installation of our new toilet, left no mess and the pricing was fair.

I called Jeff's Plumbing to have someone come out and give me an estimate for a gas line. I was rudely asked how many estimates I was going to get. We scheduled for a service member to contact me when they were in my area the next day to obtain an estimate. I recieved no call the next day.
