Best Portable A C in Sacramento CA
We have been struggling with a slow-draining tub/shower for months. We had someone else come and clean it over the summer (not with this company) and it nearly immediately got clogged all over again. Kyle worked on the issue this afternoon, taking a lot of care to be sure the problem was resolved and looking at our plumbing overall to be sure we aren’t looking at larger problems. He noticed some other piping issues and advised on how we could fix it until he can come back for repairs, if we’d like. He was professional, kind, prompt, and extremely communicative. I would recommend his help to anyone! And we got a deal with the company so it didn’t even cost us $100 to resolve the issues. I will be calling Rooter Hero anytime we have an issue!

I was very impressed by the quality of the job when my hot water heater was replaced. It was a very old unit, and it was in a narrow closet in the hallway between two bedrooms. Extensive work had to be done to bring it up to code. I was impressed with professionalism and skill of the installer. I would highly recommend this company again!

Won't care about you unless you have a big job for them to do. Even then, they'll overcharge you every chance they get.
Couple years back I had the line that connects my main to my house spring a nasty leak. Paid a bit (~$1300 or so) but figured it was worth it. Had a satisfactory experience but come to find out recently after the following situation (lesson learned here), I could have had my original job done for $400 less with the band-aid approach they did.
So this past week I referred them to a close friend of mine (before knowing I got screwed over originally) needing a replacement of his overflow pressure valve on his water heater.
These nimwits come out and dismiss the job completely, wanting to only replace the water heater for a 2K cost. They didn't even test for the reported symptoms. Then they try to charge for the diagnostic for no work done.
I followed up with their office and our concern was completely displaced by their office secretary (Jennifer).
These guys care nothing about you or your relationship with them (short or long term) at all. You'll only get them out for big projects...don't bother with anything small (<$150).

Extremely knowledgeable, pointed out stuff that other contractors did not inform me the client. He gave me the choice to choose not pressuring me to just buy everything whether I needed it it or not. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
