To reply in my review. Yes. The technician (who's name I don't remember) moved heaven and earth to get the part delivered next day so he could fix my furnace they day before Thanksgiving. His original estimate was the Monday after Thanksgiving, but I was HOSTING Thanksgiving and my house was 50 something degrees!

He worked tirelessly to find the part locally and was back at my house the next morning, part in hand and my house warmed up to comfortable, and Thanksgiving was saved!

Ernesto was professional, courteous and got our air back up and running quickly in this crazy heat wave! Also, provided us with lots of information on do's and don'ts to maintain the system! Highly recommend him!

While Darryl seemed knowledgable and friendly, I believe that we were seriously overcharged for the installation of a Hard Start Kit on our AC Unit. They cost around $45 and their charge to install one was $318. I should have done some research before I had it done. Also, he gave me completely incorrect information about how they work, saying that they store electricity. In an AC (not DC) electrical circuit, they don't do that. I should have negotiated on their ridiculous price, which is my fault. But I thought that I could trust them.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. I called them for a second opinion. They found the real problem and offered affordable solutions.
