I have used First Response Plumbing for years for my rental properties. Always quick to respond and handle any issue I have including emergency issues.

We were not please with the work that Rooter Hero did for us. We did not receive a written estimate, we feel we were over charge for what they did. We would not every use them again. Do not let them dig in your yard to find out what is wrong. They charge $750.00 to dig a hole then charged another $500.00 to fill the hole. Multi tech came out took 4 days to complete the work, far longer then it should have, left us with out a toilet for 5 hours.

Water heater went out other places were 3 days out and $1000 over the Ace estimate, they were also at my home replacing the water heater within 3 hours not days. Richard and his helper were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, the inspector was highly satisfied with the quality of work. Will definitely be using Ace for any future needs.

Armando the plumber is polite, he helped me out, he gave me an amazing deal on back to back clogged toilet

Gabriel was courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. He explained the problems with the heater and gave options for repair/replacement. I would use Park again.

The technician came over and performed a great job replacing our faucets and mending our pipes. Never have I experienced like this service before! Awesome!

Two separate jobs with same great results. Duane scheduled both my service. Richard replaced my disposal unit with normal pipes and Paul replaced my bathroom faucet. Both techs came earlier but called first. Impressed with clean their clean work! Would recommend!

I have used Jeff's Plumbing on four occasions, for my rentals and my own home. They respond quickly (sometimes in less than an hour), courteously, and have never failed to identify the problem. Most recently, they solved a water pressure issue that had beaten two other plumbers.

If there were more stars, I would give them. Since there aren't, I will simply say that I recommend them highly.

They are sitting on water heater repair issue for 21 days. Response is pathetic. They have no clue. The lady on the phone does not the status of when the repair will happen and the so called supervisor is absent all the time

This is Susan, Doug's wife. I ran out of gas in his truck across the street from their business. I had no phone because I had just gone to storage to look for it and couldn't locate it. I also had o'henry, my precious little dog with me and a swollen knee which made it difficult to walk. I walked across Elkhorn Blvd. Very slowly and finally made it to their business . The clerk was very kind in letting me use her personal cell phone since I couldn't use the business phone. She was busy when I finished. I wanted to wait a few minutes to call back to make sure my husband got ahold of someone to come since he had had a stroke recently and wasn't too efficient with the phone and my knee was swelling up and hurting. This other foreign lady came up to the window and said no. This is a service establishment. You can't sit here for a few minutes and I don't know if you can use her phone again (since she was busy I guess). So I hobbled across that busy street again and thankfully my husband was able to get ahold of someone to come rescue me. Very unsympathetic and unfriendly . They made me feel like a homeless person or undesirable. I would never ever use this company.
