On the same service call, James also quickly and professionally cleared a clogged bathtub drain in the adjacent rental. We're very pleased with the responsiveness, quality, and fair price of the work performed.

I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

I called at 2 pm on Monday for a crack in the toilet tank. Michael said he could have someone there between 4:30 and 6:30. At 5 pm Justice called and the toilet needed replacement. He left text at 7 pm with a photo of installed toilet.

Where do I start? Well why do you call a plumber? I had a problem with my plumbing under my kitchen sink that was leaking and the pipes would come apart when bumped. I called Charles and miracle plumbing and drain works at about 8am. He told me he’d have a guy out to me by the end of the week. I was happy with that. I get a follow up question asking if anyone was home right then. My wife was home. Manny the service tech was there within a couple hours later and had his booties on before knocking on the door. He quoted the job before starting the work and he stuck to that estimate. When I saw the finished work I was impressed. Great job guys!!!

Another company came out and said the computer in my tankless was just about fried and was no longer manufactured. They suggested replacing the entire unit to the tune of almost $4000. Mitch from the Right Guys Plumbing fixed the unit for $320. He explained everything, great service, and a real professional. Call him first.
