Alvin called and arrived on time to provide a quote to install a bathtub. On the day of the job, he called to say he was on the way and ARRIVED ON TIME! He was careful and clean as he worked and completely cleaned up when done. Knowing a lot about plumbing, I can say he provided a quality job! He will be my first call if needed for another job.

Plumbing Solutions has been our go to for years. Mike is very responsive and has always helped us out, even the night before Thanksgiving one year. Jesse was excellent with his repair work yesterday. He was on time, quickly and correctly identified the problem, had to go across town for a part but returned same day to fix it, and our shower is no longer causing the pipes to knock and works great! Highly recommend for all plumbing issues.

The staff at Fig's Plumbing provided superior service. They tackled a big challenge with a tough clog and didn't stop until it was cleared. They went above and beyond to re-install the toilet and made sure things were cleaned up when done. Very reasonably priced. Thank you for the work.

I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!

As the owners of a 70 year old house, my husband and I have had many occasions to use a plumber and every time, Tom and his company are first on my list. He has designed the drainage and irrigation system for our large property; provided insight, suggestions and repair of our aging pipes; and completely replaced major portions of our home's plumbing, all while working in our budget and our timeline. I've recommended his company to my local family members and they have the same respect for the workmanship and reliability they provided.

My tech Andrew was amazing. He was details oriented and made sure the whole system was correct he gave el detailed Information. The whole process was smooth.

Horrible . Owner/ manager was obviously busy. Sent out a tech who did a half job fixing the problem and charged my parents $375. Another clean up tech told us what the original domco guy missed so we called again. Same guy came out and charged my elderly father another $300 + ... when I found out I called ...called again ...then my mother called twice to find out why we were charged for something HE (Wayne?) missed. The secretary told us they would call back. We called 4 times and never got a response back. This place is a joke that charges crazy amounts and takes advantage of old people who they know won't argue.....DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

John D'Anneo of Mr Rooter Plumbing came to my home and installed a new dishwasher after our prior one was leaking and John gave us a fair estimate and worked quickly to get us back in business. He tested the unit and made sure it worked efficiently and left our kitchen clean! I would ask for him again! thank you!

They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.
