These guys filled up a company water tank using the City Fire Hydrant and left the valve open slightly so its now leaking and caused a hige mud puddle in my front lawn. I notified the city and have pictures and video of the truck and employees.

UPDATE: ATTN Scott, I never said you had a truck with a water tank. I said they filled up a company water tank. Which was being pulled on a small trailer. I have video and pictures of this.

We needed a plumber ASAP to unclog a bathtub for us. Once we made the call, he was out knocking on our front door within the hour. Very professional and was done in less than five minutes for something that could’ve taken quite longer. Very reliable indeed.

I found Larry’s plumbing through thumbtack. They were quick to respond and provide the service. I reached out on Sunday and the service was done by Monday evening. Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

I've had an AC unit from you-know-where and these men worked their butts off trying to find a way to fix the issue without charging me an arm and a leg. They do not communicate well. They needed me to do somethings but had no one call to discuss the work or when they would be onsite. They turned off water without telling me even though it was an emergency they never called to tell me WHY it was turned off. They have taken OVER 4 weeks to make a repair. I haven't had a walkway in that time and haven't been able to be in the garage for way over a week. I work in property management and will NEVER use them for any of my buildings.

They came after I submitted a claim with my warranty company. The appointment time was 3-5pm and the man came at 1:30. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. He did absolutely nothing and charged me $85 for the warranty copay. Do not trust this company! He did absolutely nothing! Did not touch anything, did not come inside, did not touch a pipe...literally nothing. He then sent a report to my warranty company and they denied the claim, leaving me out $85. He also threatened my husband and I that our home is old and the pipes are going to burst soon and we will be out tens of thousands of dollars. I tried to contact them today to get my deposit back, to no answer and no return phone call.
