My plumbing emergency happened on a Sunday, and I'm thankful that Ace was available to give me a hand. I was given a two hour window, from the time of my call, in which they'd arrive. It only took about 40 mins. for them to get to me. It was a tough job. I live in an older house and years of corrosion made for real challenge when it came to releasing a valve that probably should have been replaced years ago. Gerry, the technician, didn't grumble. He was super friendly and approachable. No mansplaining from this guy. Just professionalism and courteousy from start to finish. He even helped replace a P-trap for free because my amatuer work had a small leak. Comparitively good price compared to Armstrong (who I also like, but they're not available on Sundays). I think Ace's job was more of a challenge and took longer, but the final cost was about the same.

Kyle from Zoom Drain was extremely helpful in unclogging a massive amount of roots that have grown from a nearby tree and grew into the pipes. Plumbing Solutions has been our go to for years. Mike is very responsive and has always helped us out, even the night before Thanksgiving one year. Jesse was excellent with his repair work yesterday. He was on time, quickly and correctly identified the problem, had to go across town for a part but returned same day to fix it, and our shower is no longer causing the pipes to knock and works great! We just moved into a new apartment and unfortunately the shower wasn't heating. Tate was quick to get back to us and schedule an appointment that worked best for our time. He was friendly, showed up on time and had the shower fixed quickly. Really appreciate the great work and highly recommend!

We worked with Charles and Mary on the home plumbing issue we've had for years. They were both professional and responsive to my questions over the phone, via text, and in person. I liked the complimentary on-site inspection because I learned some things from Charles regarding how the plumbing system worked, and I didn't feel like he rushed the visit or explaining the mechanics to me. He was personable and didn't mind at all with our puppy hanging around us during the consult and appointment. In fact, he tried to social and play with him for a bit to ease his excitement.
The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like he pressured me into further sales when I presented my problems. Their texting system to communicate the logistics of the upcoming appointment was helpful. I highly recommend their services and working with Charles was easy. Advanced Plumbing was called by my warranty company to answer my service request. Chris came on Thursday to follow up on the previous service call. His years of experience led him to solve the problem under my kitchen sink in a completely different and more efficient way. I appreciate how thorough and helpful he was. I especially appreciated him making sure everything was functional before he left and will be sure to call on him in the future.
