Great job on changing out my water heater. Delivered & removed water heater, job was done in a reasonable amount of time with everything up to code. Price was great under $1000! Glad I found a honest & reasonable plumber!

I called this company because my AC had stopped working. I scheduled an appointment in a 5 hour window. While I was booking the appointment he was pretty much trash talking home warranty companies. For example they hire newly trained people who do know what they are doing. I made an appointment so I could at least have someone look at my AC. After I booked an appointment a company who works with my home warranty called and I made an appointment with them pretty much the same time I had made with fix it rite. I called fix it rite to cancel my appointment and the guy I talked to previously answered the phone. I told him I was cancelling my appointment since my home warranty called to schedule an appointment he just said I told you about home warranties and then he just started laughing and said okay I will cancel. How unprofessional not way to treat potential customers and to trash talk your competitors. I never told him the name of the company my home warranty went through so he was just lumping everyone just indicating to me he was better than them

I had a really bad problem with a clogging sink that was worst than I thought and calling 1st Plumbing Davis was the best idea, not only were they professional but didn’t leave until everything was ok. I would recommend it a 100%.

Some of the most important things for me when meeting someone are a kind approach, someone who takes their time, and a business that values REAL customer input. In a polite follow-up, Sacramento Plumbing addressed my concerns and gave me comments on my yard. They showed courage, honesty, willingness, and integrity throughout the entire process. I called to get the 20 point tune up advertised on a mailer. When the tech was “done” after less than an hr, I asked him if he did all 20 things on the tune up list and he said he had. The next day my son came by and let me know he absolutely did not apply a rust protection which is one of the things on the list.
I do not see how he could have done most of the 20 things in less than an hr. He did take pics of all the things that needed repair or replacement and then tried to upsell me a new unit bc mine was 15 yrs old. I pulled the ppwk it is 12 yrs old. At that point I didn’t want anything else from Gallagher but him gone. Waste of $79

My experience with Legacy was great from start to finish. They quoted me a very competitive price and responded quickly when I needed them. They were flexible and worked with my budget and schedule. I hope I don’t have any plumbing issues ever again, but if I ever do, I will be calling them again.

We were unlucky enough to have 2 pin hole leaks in the space of 2 months, which resulted in a good amount of mess & stress during the covid pandemic. With pieces of the ceiling coming down, we needed immediate help & had to choose a plumber when it seemed like every one was a plumber-just like everyone is a real estate agent in California- because over 200 houses in our area were springing leaks due to the city water (which the city actually owned up to but did not help us pay for). Our whole house was re-piped by Trenchless & they made the whole process less traumatic. They were easy to get ahold of, they were responsive, they were patient with us as we grappled with the mess & wrapping our heads around the unexpected disaster that was made more stressful because of the pandemic/isolating issues. the men were always polite & considerate as parts of walls & ceiling were removed to access piping. It was a mess. We have had some small issues since the repipe & Trenchless has been very quick to answer our questions, diagnose the issues & deal with them quickly. the people we have dealt with are always very respectful & kind.Over all our experience with the company has been positive. they really do try thier best & stand behind thier work.

Some people have bad things to say of advanced plumbing, I had the opposite experience. I will admit, if you want a good technician you will have to wait and wait quite awhile, learn to test your patience a bit! But the manager was above the standard. He was easy to reach, responsible, humorous and got the job done, even when he had to stay after hours. I would recommend this company to all.
