Awesome! Super Helpful! Fixed our water heater in less than a minute. Would highly recommend.

This company is a Navien water heater specialist as I was having issues with mine after 10 months of installation. They did not install my water heater but I needed a Navien specialist to diagnose it.
I paid them 160 for them to come out for 20 minutes to tell me it was my condensate line, which seemed kinda weird to me as there was no signs of it backed up.

But the machine decided to work when he disconnected the condensate line and didn't even bother getting on Navien tech support.

The heater goes out again 2 days later and I needed them to come back. Once again he tells me it's the condensate line and tells navien I didn't have any fall on the neutralizer.

None if this made sense to me since I delivered 90 new homes with the same set up with no issues.(I'm a construction manager)

Long story short, I had to call Navien tech myself to ask 2 series of questions to figure out I had a internal leak on the heat exchanger and newwrx told me since they didn't install it they did not want to touch it, unless I buy a new one from them.

I ended up going with Clark and rush as their tech knew the issue and got the part warranty.

If you want a navien tankless or need a specialist stay away from this company their tech probably needs more training.

Only thing good about them is their scheduling on showing up at the time alloted.

Dmitriy & his son are great! I went on Home Advisory filled in what I wanted and less than ten minutes later Dmitriy called. It was late evening and he was still willing to stop by and give me a free estimate.

Dmitriy looked at the problem gave me estimate which was right in line with what the internet pricing research guide said it should be. After talking with Dmitriy I didn't feel the need to go through the process of getting more estimates so gave him the job.

Dmitriy and his son showed up the next morning went under the house and completed the job. Both were very knowledgeable, showed me what was fixed, inspected other pipes while in the crawl space @ (no extra charge) and didn't find any other issues (always nice to hear)

Dmitriy wears covers on his shoes, lay tarp wherever they are working and clean up before they leave. I have a old house, old pipes so I will have them back just to do yearly inspections. Good customer service plumbers are hard to locate.

Did not know this would be a book. I've edited to include additional information and references show a more coherent timeline.

I booked through our home insurance. It took three days to get a message that I had to book an appointment through Advanced Plumbing directly. I got an appointment about a week out for 3/16. The tech that was supposed to come out today, 3/16, had personal issues so he could not make it. Their fault right? Best they could do was reschedule another week out on 03/23. You would think they would try to accommodate by offering after hours service because it was their problem that they could not make it or get me a next day appointment. Nope, you go to the back of the dispatch line. They didn’t even ask what the issue was. Called the home warranty company and tried to get another company. I guess all the plumbers were busy as the person I talked to said there were no earlier appointments.

Tech was supposed to be there between 0900 - 1100. When I asked for a status, he had problems with his vehicle and would be on his way. I got an email and call saying he was on his way and a link to a tracker. The tracker showed he wasn't moving. When I called almost half an hour later, he was getting gas and he was 40 minutes out. He finally arrived and said the repairs done earlier hadn't been adjusted correctly and he corrected them. About an hour after he left, we noticed the problem started again.

We cancelled the renewal on our policy with the home insurance company and signed on with another insurance company. The new company allows use to choose a tech if we aren't comfortable with who they dispatch as long as the company is licensed and bonded.

But we wanted the toilet fixed. We called our home insurance company and they said they were still liable since the work wasn't completed while our policy was in effect. We were given a 04/01 1 - 4pm appointment.

Update: Advanced Plumbing was scheduled today, 04/01 between 1 and 4 pm. We received a call at 2:19 saying the tech was running behind and would be late. Not a problem. Received another call at 15:44 that the tech wouldn't be able to make it because the call ran long. Next available appointment will be 04/06 from 10 - 1. This is the second time they rescheduled and the reschedule date is a week of. When they can't make an appointment, you go back into the dispatch queue as if it is a new call. Their excuse: They are a plumbing business. I guess that means: they don't care, they don't have to.
