I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. They installed completely new copper plumbing throughout our home, drains, vents, all of it (he's also the only plumber that I had met with that didn't flinch when I said I didn't want pex ,especially since the house is gutted and accessible in all areas). They were very quick responding, but the price was outrageous. I had a clog in my toilet that backed up into my shower. The plumber first charged me to unclog the shower...when that didn't work, he then charged me separately to unclog the toilet, and that worked. Although I don't know why he didn't just start with the toilet, which would have saved time and money. Overall I paid $470...much, much more than I expected.

We rent and the owners just had all the pipes replaced a couple of weeks ago, after our kitchen faucet was running little more than a trickle for the second time in six months. They hired Sacramento Repipe & Plumbing. Great crew; professional yet personable, went straight to work and wasted no time. Jeremy was the head crew member and made me feel comfortable having them in & out of the house. Jeremy also showed us the build up in the galvanized pipes (it was so nasty and unhealthy). The dry wall guys did nice work and they all cleaned up after themselves. I recommend these guys for all the reasons. Great crew, super efficient, quality work, great work ethic. If we buy a home we'll be calling them when we need this kind of service.

I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!

TERRIBLE PEOPLE. I recommend using other companies as they are not trustworthy at all. Horrible people, horrible company. They say one thing and do another. If I could give less then one star I would. Dont waste your money!
