We were not please with the work that Rooter Hero did for us. We did not receive a written estimate, we feel we were over charge for what they did. We would not every use them again. Do not let them dig in your yard to find out what is wrong. They charge $750.00 to dig a hole then charged another $500.00 to fill the hole. Multi tech came out took 4 days to complete the work, far longer then it should have, left us with out a toilet for 5 hours.

We called Ace late Friday night beacuse my elderly aunt's AC went out. Ram showed up in about 45 minutes, took a look around inside and made a few tests. It was too dark to climb on the roof so he said he would make her the first stop in the morning so he could get on the roof to get her up and running. He even suggested a few ways to cool down the house in the mean time. Thanks Ram.

Must be a big company...felt a little lost in their operations. The first install crew was the best service we had, but company switched up the people on the last day, so I was not overall very happy with the handling of the order. The end was rushed and not the best quality. No one really checked that we were happy with the services other than offering for us to leave this review. Size of the job and respect we gave to them was not valued or returned.

I asked for a receipt didn't get it. They want cash I guess that's so they can cheat the IRS. I got them from my warranty co. Said they had the parts and didn't had to go to home Depot to get them
