On June 16th I had been out of town.When I got home at 11:00 pm my house was very hot and my air conditioner wasn't working. After I spent the night trying to cool the house the best I could I was awake early the next morning.I made a call to Ace Plumbing,Heating & Air Conditioning and the nice lady I spoke with said she could have a man there in the afternoon.Early in the afternoon Dennis arrived at my house. In just a very few minutes he had the problem figured out. A blown condenser, which he quickly replaced.Once he finished the A C started working properly and cooled the house down very well.I am really impressed with the fast, professional,service I received from Dennis. His skill as a mechanic reflect credit on himself and Ace Plumbing Heating & A C. Thanks! I would recommend Ace Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone!

3 years ago, Park Mechanical send people door to door to give free evaluation on HVAC. They were testing my AC system and forgot to reconnect the compressor wires back to the capacitor, which I found out after word 2 other neighbors got the same service but caught them in time before they turned on the circuit breaker and made them plug the wires back on. When they flip the circuit breaker on, the compressor blew up! Park replaced the compressor and it worked for two season, the compressor went out last week, 2 weeks shy of the 3rd year of installation and the 2nd season of usage. I contacted Park to see if the compressor is under warranty which normally they have a manufacture warranty and their answer back to me was You didn't call us last year for service, so we will not warranty it, I looked at the installation paperwork, nothing is in writing that I need to be service by Park and the installer never said anything. So now I got to replace my unit, because I didn't have Park service it! Sad thing about this that the rest of my neighbors are still using their original HVAC . Lesson learn do not let anybody touch your HVAC unless you called for service and I would not recommend Park Mechanical.

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.

My home warranty company sent them to come clear a clog. They could not complete the job because they did not have the correct tools. It’s been 3 days since the work, and same day plumbing has not sent in the information to the warranty company to proceed and send out a better company that can actually do the work. They have basically lied and said they would contact the warranty company. I have talked to my warranty company twice a day and they have not been contacted by this company. My kids need to take a bath. They are none responsive. Almost impossible to get ahold of. I 100% do no recommend this company.
