I called, expecting I'd have to wait a day or two for someone to be available, but they had him come this afternoon (a Sunday), which save me a lot of hassle trying to get home from work in time on a weekday.I am very happy with the work done; my twenty-year-old garbage disposal had died, and Eze was able to replace it quickly. I will use 5 Star Plumbing again!

Brandon was on time and told us what he was going to do to replace our water heater, he then quoted a price. He got to work right away and completed the job quickly. He explained everything to us and asked if we had questions. He even called back an hour or two later to make sure everything was working ok. I would highly recommend this company and Brandon!

Needed some work done on my water heater, and some plumbing in the bathroom and 2 different techs came out to provide the services. Both techs were very professional and knowledgeable, the cost was reasonable, and the jobs were done in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend this small, family oriented company that gives a personal touch as opposed to the chain companies most people are inclined to call.

Outstanding service and competitive pricing. Domco sent someone out within 4 hours for an estimate and scheduled me for the next morning. My hot water leak was fixed within 18 hours of my first phone call. Pricing was better than competitors and they even took more money off when they finished the job early. Duane was exceptional! Domco clearly put me first and understood my frustration with this expensive leak. Highly recommend!!

I had a leaking pipe causing drywall damage, and my home warranty company put out a call for an emergency service within 24 hours. These guys responded they would take the call, but then called me and told me they wouldn't have any availability until over a week later, forcing me to go back to the home warranty company to have them re-issue the service request. That's unacceptable, and these guys really need to get their act together.
