Overpriced. Charged me $250 for 15 minutes to unclog my drain. Left a mess. There was dirty footprints and water all over my kitchen floor. Forgot to turn my water back on for my dishwasher. It ran with no water twice until I realized the valve was still off.

Absolutely fantastic company! I needed old angle stops replaced before installing new toilets. It had to be done within a day to stay on schedule and Miracle Works made it happen! I couldn't be there myself, so I left a key, instructions and it was done before I got home. Experienced, Friendly, Fast, Reliable, Honest, Trustworthy and Affordable. There's nothing more you could want.

I called with an emergency as my shower handle broke while the shower was running. I had water pouring out and needed a plumber ASAP. They came out in a timely manner, which I appreciated. Everything was relatively fine until they replaced my handle. I had a nice handle before and it was replaced with an absolutely ridiculous knob... it's not even close to comparable. After paying $650 (which seemed high) to have the knob replaced, I now have to buy my own replacement and try to install it myself. I can't keep this hideous alternative. I was told the brand I had was hard to find, but I'm frustrated that there was no communication or attempt to talk about options or what replacement I would like instead. I spent too much money to now have to deal with this myself. At least I don't have the water running and that was done expeditiously, so I appreciate that.
