I have never been disappointed. I have kept ACE'S magnet just in case thru at least 3 moves. I have a warranty on my house but they sent me 3 separate contractors who couldn't/ wouldn't do the job. The last one that was sent to me actually was at my house for less than 5 minutes and determined that I needed a special clean out installed to unclog my sink and my warranty company denied the claim all together! I called ACE because I have used their services for several years at a few different houses and have never been let down. Within less than two hours of my call they sent Adrian out to my house. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He unclogged the sink 3 other contractors couldn't in less than 1 min. Thank you ACE! I wish you were on my warranty panel but it was well worth the additional out of pocket expense.

I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!

Our small, 61 year old house needed new plumbing. The galvanized pipes and the antiquated pipe layouts had seen their final days. Here is what we wanted replaced: 2 outdoor spigot (bibs), all of our kitchen pipes (except inside), some of our 2 bathrooms (some copper had been previously replaced during older upgrades), our laundry area pipes, water heater piping and the pipe from the house to the water main that was BEHIND our shed. We wanted to add: another outdoor bib and a refrigerator water line with a little box to turn it on and off (better to prevent leaks under the house).

I reached out to 4 plumbers. Three showed up to give me free estimates and one no-showed to our scheduled appointment. Of the 3, 1 estimate was $10k, which I received 8 days after the walkthrough. The second was for $5,600 but he told me he doesn't do water mains. Additionally, neither estimate included most of the work I asked for. It was like they took a template from someone else's house and tacked on my address. Chris arrived professional and knowledgeable and his estimate arrived within 1 business day for $9353 for everything, including digging a trench around our shed to replace the water main. As we walked around, he pointed out areas that he would configure just a little differently for a better outcome; he didn't simply look at the number or location of pipes. I was sold. Chris worked around our schedule, which included a vacation.

He and his crew showed up on time. They were excellent communicators. They were polite and kind. Most importantly, they were skilled and professional.

At the end of the job, there were some complications they had to fix that were not their fault, yet they fixed the issues anyway, and didn't charge me.

Chris said the job would take 3 days, it took 3 days. He said they would show up on a date and time, they showed up on that date and time. The crew completed all the work with really great detail and left everything clean. Those little extras that make a job better, that Chris had pointed out during his walkthrough had been done and he didn't nickel and dime us, didn't try to upsell us, they just did it. They used standard materials which is copper for anything underground or that would be exposed to the elements and PEX for pipes under our house (in our crawl space. He said it would cost $9353 for everything and he invoiced us $9353...and he guarantees his work.

Prompt, honest, and skilled service from Jeff Debora who came to repair my water heater. Only to discover parts were hard to come by and the maker was misleading with parts that weren’t needed.
So I decided to go with a American made water heater recommended by Jeff.
In my experience as a retired contractor this is a ongoing issue with foreign made products.
All was installed in short time to my satisfaction. And I plan to call on Abe Lincoln Pluming for all my future pluming needs.

American was able to find where they believe I am loosing water. Have not had repairs done but technicians seemed very thorough.

I would not recommend this company for tankless water heater service. They botched a diagnosis and repair of my tankless water heater, taking 8 service calls to figure out what was wrong with my heater, at one point they told me I had to replace the heater. Turns out the electrical control box was faulty and needed to be replaced.After almost $1,000 in parts and labor, they finally figured out what was wrong. One star since they were mostly pleasant despite the frustrating experience.

Sameday plumbing was very much a blessing to me and my family !!! Very hardworking staff.. knowledgeable.. professional and they got the job done right!! I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.

This was our second project with ARS. The first project had no issues but we had an executed contract and change order. The work was good.
