Carl was on time and got right to work. He had to go into the attic (115 degrees), first, then AC outside. I am the talker and he was courteous, but stuck to his work. He let me watch while he did all of the necessary system part checks. He answer my question about the purpose of one of the parts and how it worked in the system. His explanation was clear and understandable, even for me, the non-technical math guy. I found Carl to be pleasant, courteous and professional. He even talked to me a little bit, but only after he was finished. If in the future I need help with my AC, I will call Gallagher’s/Park Mechanical and ask them to send Carl.

The plumber who came to my home was punctual and professional, and even wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean. I had a great experience with plumbing service. Greg Heald has kept our old central air gas furnace working well beyond it's normal life expectancy which is a tribute to his skill as an HVAC technician. Finally the main control board on the furnace quit working so it was time to replace the furnace. Greg installed a new Guardian gas furnace. It is quieter, way more efficient, puts out more volume while using less BTU than the old unit. It warms the house up in seconds not minutes! Very pleased with the performance of the new unit and Greg's first rate workmanship.

Brian and Chris did a great job in servicing my plumbing issue. Brian and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly plumbers. I like how they answered all my questions amd concerns. I appreciated the options they provided to me to fix my issue. Overall I would highly recommend them.

Super Mario is the best! We are so happy that we found them! We've had them out to our house many times for various reasons: replace toilets, garbage disposal, and gas range, fix water heater, and unclogged a pipe. Everyone they have sent out has been professional, efficient, and personable. Our home is almost 60 years old, and having Super Mario to call when we need help has made our lives much easier and less stressful. We highly recommend them!
