The plumber from 1st Plumbing Davis actually gave me a mini-course in plumbing in order to understand the issues and arrive at a solution that my fiance and I were comfortable with. The company was great at communicating arrival windows and even provided a tracking link so that I could track his journey to me and I knew to the moment when he arrived. He was quick in the installation of our new toilet, left no mess and the pricing was fair.

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. If you're looking for an honest plumber with fair prices look no further. Alvin with Serieux plumbing get's the job done right, in a timely fashion and with a smile. Thank you, Alvin. We had our house water pipes completely replaced. If there was a way to give zero stars I would do it. The county had to come out 3 times to approve the permit because they would not finish the job per code nor to the contract. We had 4 different people from Park come out again because the guys just could not get it correct. They pressured my wife to pay for the whole job when it was not even close to being finished and I am so glad I did not fully pay until it was done because I doubt it would have been completed. We had to explain to them what the county wanted to get the house to code....which is mind boggling that a plumbing contractor would not know code. They insulated cold water pipes thinking that was code. This company is frustrating to work with.
Just wanted to add...it took almost 2 weeks to get someone out to fix a leak on one of the fixtures they installed and only then because I called and screamed at them to come fix the leak.

Our meeting with the plumber was excellent. We appreciate the promptness and high quality of the toilet repair service. We are relieved that the restroom is again operating!

These guys always do a great job. We have been using them for years for all of our commercial and residential needs.

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.

I will recommend this company to my friends and families.
