I found Larry’s plumbing through thumbtack. They were quick to respond and provide the service. I reached out on Sunday and the service was done by Monday evening. Amit, the tech, was very professional. He was on-time and at no point I felt pressured for any additional unnecessary work. He took the time to explain the issue to me and even gave pointers on general drain maintenance. Highly recommend!

Our kitchen sink began backing up this weekend. We tried every simple thing we could to clear it, but the clog was deep in the pipes. While googling how to clear a deep clog, the name Zoom Drain popped up. The website said they were fast and efficient at exactly what we needed; a cleared drain pipe. I submitted an inquiry online, and much to my surprise they had availability right away (availability shows on the website….which is so helpful for planning my day). Someone from Zoom Drain called and left me a voicemail (I was busy putting the sink back together) and followed up with a text. I text back asking for any time slot today. I got an instant response with my preferred time that I had selected on the website. The technician (Kyle) text me when they were half an hour away from my home. Arrived on time and ready to work. I was given a quote within minutes. This quote never changed and that is what I paid at the end. The technician brought in the heavy duty auger and got to work. Our blockage was deep to the sewer line, but he got it cleared! I paid extra for the enzyme treatments to prevent this from happening again. Kyle was fantastic through the whole process. I could not be happier with how this whole process turned out. I was stressed over the plumbing and Zoom Drain made that stress go away. Thank you so much! Been needing to share how great this family run business is. I had a bit of an emergency, but I understand all plumbing issues tend to be emergencies. 😉 Fig's happened to be the first place I called and Daniel was kind enough to add my house as a last stop even though he already had a long day of work and had to finish the next morning. Sacramento Repipe, Dave Ortiz, totally repiped the plumbing in our house and yard in River Park. He did an awesome wonderful job with our complicated 56 year old house. Dave is a very talented, skilled, and honest person who is very upbeat and brings his enthusiasm to the art of plumbing. His price is totally reasonable. We could not be happier with the job that he did.

I got a new hvac unit installed a year and half ago...ducts and all. These guys were great honest workers, clean, fast, very good follow thru with any adjustments needed, follow up calls, assistance , drop by's, etc. And competitively priced! Would definitely recommend!

Edmund was prompt, professional, on time, and great value. I needed the water in my fridge hooked up. He had to go into the quite literal crawl space under the house and basically build it off the main. Really great work. While he was here I also had him install a new shower head. Really great company.

Jim and his colleagues were a great team getting our outdoor sewer line / washout fixed and lined. They were professional and communicated any work that needed to be done. We knew exactly what to expect. Highly recommended for any plumbing needs!

Our sewer line collapsed. Our neighbor, who had used Jeff's Plumbing several times, contacted them. They came the same day for an estimate and began work the next day. The workers were friendly, conscientious, came when they said they would (every day of the 4 days the job took), managed to save all the small trees that were near the sewer line, cleaned the site every day, especially our neighbor's driveway. Jeff's does open replacement, not trenchless. We feel the open replacement has better results in the long run. It was necessary to tunnel under a large tree and Jeff's had to call another company to do that, which resulted in a one day delay. We were billed the bid price, despite the need to call the other company. We are very satisfied in every respect with the work Jeff's Plumbing did. I notice that the poor reviews had poor interactions with the owner and our friend confirmed that he is gruff to deal with. While we didn't deal with him ourselves I feel it is worth putting up with his gruffness because of the excellent work the company does.

Ive written a review before, looks like it was taken down. No way does a company be in business since 1992, and there's no review...hmmmm.. I wonder. No, I dont have to wonder, I know, this company is bottom of the barrel... They did a detection for me, and left a mess after they left. Cutting tube piping and not repairing it. Terrible customer service, and... really, dont know how to send email attachments??? What a joke... Stay away...
