Awesome service! The water supply valve to the toilet fell apart when the toilet was removed by the contractor for floor work. I decided to replace it on my own. After I install the new valve, I realized that the old compression ring and the nut can't be reused. Ran to Home Depot to get a puller. In my haste, I did not take a closer look at different brands for comparison and grab the first one I saw. And, of course, I picked a cheapo puller that did not work. By the time I realized my folly, Home Depot was already closed. As I need it fixed ASAP, I called around and was able to connect with Mike from Sac City Plumbing. It was near mid-night but he still came out to my house within 30 minutes and replaced the valve at a reasonable fee.

I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. We were very pleased with the end result.

Val is punctual, easy to work with, experience, knowledgeable, honest and very diligent. He explained what he will
be doing, which is exactly all the things stated by Rinnai the manufacturer and he showed me
a few tips that was not even listed any place else.
He uses food grade White Vinegar as Recommended by Rinnai, most other Rinnai certified PRO uses Descaler which is chemical solution.
We definitely will be calling him back not only for future yearly maintenance but other Plumbing related matters.

This company is a joke. Do NOT hire them if you need something done promptly. I had to call the guy to remind him about my appointment, and he had totally forgotten and said he'd called me back. He never did.

As a single-family home builder, I requested that they come out and put a hydrant on an empty piece of land for me. They provided me with a fair quotation, arrived on time, and completed the work well.

Prompt arrival, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
