Best Clogged Drain Cleaning in Sacramento CA

Our drain that is for our washer was overflowing and I saw a deal in an ad and my husband called and they scheduled to come between 3-5. Caden called a little before 3 and said he was on his way. He came and cleared the drain and was very knowledgeable about the different options for long term treatment for dealing with this issue. He was very thorough and patient and explained things even to me so I understood the process. I am very please with the service and the job Caden did. I highly recommend this company.

The technician Jason Wilcot was great. He kept me well informed about the issues encountered at my property and gave me updates regularly, which was much appreciated as I don't live in the area. The company was also kind enough to work on pricing with me and guaranteed their work. l will definitely be calling them again if I have any more issues with the plumbing on that property.

I really appreciated Ted and Tim's expertise and hard work with my 87 year-old Mother's very old home. With the pipes being over 60 to 70 years old, roots have grown into some of those older pipes. We had called two other Plumblers before calling the true professionals at Zoom Drain! So thankful we did. Ted and Tim did the Zoom jetting to remove all debris and those pesky roots. We've never seen those pipes look so clear on the camera! They also did the RootX to keep those roots at bay.
With age, the tub pipe had come apart and Ted and Tim replaced that pipe with a new, secure pipe so that the tub/shower is once again usable. We are so thankful to Zoom Drain and will use them to replace those old pipes in the future.

As always, GREAT SERVICE!!! We now use Trenchless for our entire business. 13 locations. Professional, on time, great technology alerting all involved with ETA, billing, etc...They are a first class Organization.

Dmitriy & his son are great! I went on Home Advisory filled in what I wanted and less than ten minutes later Dmitriy called. It was late evening and he was still willing to stop by and give me a free estimate.

Dmitriy looked at the problem gave me estimate which was right in line with what the internet pricing research guide said it should be. After talking with Dmitriy I didn't feel the need to go through the process of getting more estimates so gave him the job.

Dmitriy and his son showed up the next morning went under the house and completed the job. Both were very knowledgeable, showed me what was fixed, inspected other pipes while in the crawl space @ (no extra charge) and didn't find any other issues (always nice to hear)

Dmitriy wears covers on his shoes, lay tarp wherever they are working and clean up before they leave. I have a old house, old pipes so I will have them back just to do yearly inspections. Good customer service plumbers are hard to locate.

Damian patiently went over the estimate(s) with me because, if the price was appropriate, I was considering having two sinks repaired. Damian had only been able to fix one, but it had been a good one. I appreciate that he makes himself available to me even on Sundays.

We hired Blaine and his company a couple of years ago to install an Ice Machine in our breakroom and a water line to the rear of our warehouse.

Not only did they do an amazing job but were competitive with others we received quotes from.

Update from 03/28/23 - We had an emergency service call where we had a sewage smell all over our office. I called Shields plumbing right away and They were able to have a tech out the same day to find the problem! This one was the neighbor who had a clean-out left open. None the less, very responses and professional. Great job Shields Plumbing!

( Nov 7th 2019 ) I called Jeff's late in the day and the office was already closed but the lady (Sarita...hope i spelled it right) called me from the road and heard the panic in my voice and ensured me that someone would be by no matter how late in the evening it was just to let me know what was going on as it was one of my rental properties and I live out of state. From the initial call to the office to end of the repair these guys ( and ladies ) were beyond magnificent and I will definitely be using them for ALL of my rental properties throughout Sacramento, Woodland and Folsom. Sarita kept in constant contact letting me know everything that was going on and Corey called me to tell me how the repair was going to be done and he was very thorough and cleaned up the area nicely when the job was completed. They kept me from taking a midnight flight home on the 1st day of my vacation with family to oversee a catastrophic dilemma. Sarita sent me pictures of the work being done and Corey worked very efficiently and even checked in with the neighbors who were also affected and cleaned the mess left in their unit as well. This was the most professional, efficient and courteous plumbing staff I have ever encountered in all of my years of owning properties and dealing with these types of issues. This will be my go to company for as long as I have property in the areas they service. Thank you Jeff's.

This company was assigned by my warranty company. My issue was no hot water coming in shower. The technician came from this company, inspected and told that they will order a part and will schedule the appointment to install. After 2 weeks the technician came and replaced the part, technician was ready to leave, I asked him to stay until I test it out. The issue wasn’t fixed. I told him to check. The technician then called few people and didn’t appear confident in the next two steps he asked me to do which would cost me extra expenses.There was no paperwork provided either. The office staff was unprofessional. Another company was able to fix the issue without the need for me to follow the two things that was told by the technician of this company. I saved money and able to take showers now. I do not recommend this company as they were not professional, inexperienced and didn’t commit to fixing the issue.

Ive written a review before, looks like it was taken down. No way does a company be in business since 1992, and there's no review...hmmmm.. I wonder. No, I dont have to wonder, I know, this company is bottom of the barrel... They did a detection for me, and left a mess after they left. Cutting tube piping and not repairing it. Terrible customer service, and... really, dont know how to send email attachments??? What a joke... Stay away...
