In 2014, Jimmy installed a tankless system in my residence for 5g, the process took 1 day. Although at the time I thought the price was on the high side, I went ahead & went with him based on his experience & knowledge.
In 2015, I had a water leak in my front yard at the box where the water meter is located. County water agency dug a good sized hole & determined it was my responsibility to fix. County water agency diagnosed the fix, a 90 degree plastic elbow that needed to be replaced. I Called Jimmy. At the end of the day, Jimmys co-worker responded, looked in the hole & agreed same diagnosis as county. Co-worker went to the store to get the part, cut the old piece out, installed & glued new piece. Actual labor took approximately 10 minutes. Co-worker than sat in his truck for approximately 1 hour & talked on the phone before driving away. Jimmy charges me $400.
County agency responds back out to inspect the work at which time they approve the fix. County worker asks me who did the work, I tell him Flowrite. He then asks me how much did they charge, I tell him $400. County worker responds with a surprised look & tells me I got gouged on that deal.
I call Jimmy back & tell him what the County worker said. Jimmy gets irritated with the County worker & starts justifying to me why I'm being charged $400.
Summary: Jimmy is knowledgeable experienced, & does good work. After checking with other plumbers, the $15 in parts & 10 minutes it took to fix the leak in my front yard should have been a $125 to $150 service call. I gave Jimmy a chance to make the situation right at which time he made excuses.
Ohh & guess who got to fill in the hole & do all the clean up work.....me.

Sacramento Repipe, Dave Ortiz, totally repiped the plumbing in our house and yard in River Park. He did an awesome wonderful job with our complicated 56 year old house. Dave is a very talented, skilled, and honest person who is very upbeat and brings his enthusiasm to the art of plumbing. His price is totally reasonable. We could not be happier with the job that he did.

Our water heater stopped working, so I called on Bonney for some help since their reputation as a company is awesome according to the live reviews from actual people who got service from them. They immediately sent someone on the same day just few hours after I called which was very nice because we needed it to be fixed asap. Anthony Harron was the plumbing technician who helped us out and who happened to be very friendly and at the same time very honest about what needs to be done.I liked how he gave us some explanation first on what went wrong with our water heater, what needs to be replaced and/or fixed and even some helpful recommendations. He even told me that water heaters need to be drained at least once a year which I’ve no clue was very important 🤦🏻♂️😂 so he taught me how to do it step by step which was very awesome and kind of him. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND! 👌🏼👏🏼It took about 3 days from the time he diagnosed it to the time he actually fixed it, but that was only because he needed to wait for the parts to arrive; it was on a weekend too.Overall my partner and I are satisfied with the service he provided though I must admit they charge you pretty EXPENSIVE, but Anthony’s performance and honesty and the quality of his service made it ALL WORTH IT. We also bought their membership to get discounts in case we need another service from Bonney in the future. Thanks Bonney and Anthony!

I've used All Phase for a few jobs, and have been pleased with the results of each. Most recently, they installed a new bathroom in my garage (see before and after pictures). Brandon completed the rough-in in a week. All checked out great with the inspection and he finished the rest of the job pretty quickly, with excellent results. I'd been trying to find a more affordable way to transform my garage, and this was a great solution. I coordinated separately with the electricians and pulled the permit for the work myself to save some money. Brandon is super easy to work with, professional, and seems to thrive on finding solutions to tough problems. The office staff are extremely helpful too -- Ami is the best.
Prior to this work, Brandon replaced the old, rusty copper pipes in the house with pex pipes. It was a dirty job and he was a champ! He's also helped clear several drains and sewer blockages over the past 6 years. I knew I could trust him with the bathroom install. So glad, it looks great and is now the best bathroom in the house.

Our service tech Anthony is the best! We used him in Sacramento for a 28 year old plus HVAC unit service in prep for selling our house, and my husband was so impressed that he requested him again for a service on the 19 year old unit in our new house. Anthony not only found a small repair (a capacitor) that would likely have caused a much more costly repair later, he checked ducts, filter, thermostat, etc., and THOROUGHLY CLEANED the outdoor unit. It is evident that Anthony takes pride in his work! He is quite the professional! In addition, the Sacramento Hufts’ phone service scheduling staff are all out outstanding—wish I’d kept track of their names, but there were three, two female (Jennie and ?) and one male (Ryan?)—cheery, helpful, and efficient each time I’ve called to schedule or ask questions.Needless to say we will be using them again! We’ve already scheduled our heater service for October, plus we’ve signed up for the Guardian Club Membership, which looks well worth the fee!Thank you!Note: Just had our heater serviced and Anthony did an equally thorough and professional job again. He is replacing the capacitor and has prepped our heater for the winter, as well as made us aware of work we’ll need to plan for in the future. He is a well-trained tech and amazing worker! We are truly pleased!

Yuri did an excellent job of replacing my gas fired water heater within the time frame. He answered all my questions and wanted me to be happy with the product and installation. I would recommend Super Mario Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I had an under the slab leak in my apartment building. I liked that when I called, Jeff answered, not an answering service or voicemail system. I was able to describe problem, and he gave me solutions to try to fix the problem before he came out. I was impressed he did that when others I called just said they would come out for a fee and give an estimate. When he did the work, it was quickly and professionally done. He even had his crew help this elderly couple replace their furniture.
In the end, the cost of the whole service was less than his estimate. How often does that happen!
Hope I don't, but I will definitely call Jeff's Plumbing, Inc if I ever have a need again!!!
