I highly recommend Alvin with Serieux Plumbing. My wife and i hired him to hydro-jet and scope our main line in our 110 year-old home in Curtis Park. Alvin was up front from the beginning, charged us a fair rate to hydro-jet our main line and scoped out our pipes with his camera to verify they were in good condition. This was a major source of stress for us, and Alvin approached the situation sensibly and honestly. We haven't had any backups since hydro-jetting our mainline 4 months ago. I'm also crazy busy in grad school and he was able to handle this for me over the phone while I was in school. He's also a consummate gentleman, and my elderly mother-in-law--who lives with us and dealt with Alvin directly--was impressed with his professionalism and friendliness. Get service, I woke up in the morning to a sewage back up in my tub. Called county sewage and they checked their portion of the lines and recommend I call a plumber. I tried calling many during the holiday weekend being told I’d have to wait till Thursday or that they wouldn’t fix my problem. Luckily I got ahold of Zoom Drain! and they were able to send a technician out after 5 pm. Maurice came and was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to quickly diagnose my issue and resolve it with out any issues. I would definitely recommend Zoom Drain! to anyone.

Had a leak at a property and called Dimitry on a Friday afternoon @4:30PM He dispatched someone immediately to inspect and returned the next day (Saturday) to complete the work. They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

A sub-contractor installed some siding on our home about 6 months ago. Little did we know that during his installation he also sank a nail into one of our water lines. Once the nail corroded, it sprang a leak inside the wall. Corey S. diagnosed the problem and discovered that the contractor had actually hit the water line with not one, but eight nails. Corey quickly and expertly fixed the waterline. No more leak(s).
