I know nothing about plumbing so when our pipes weren’t working right, Chue rushed out and came to the rescue. He explained everything step by step and never pushed us to do anything we weren’t sure of. He did a thorough check of the house and the pipes and the price was fair. Thanks, Chue!

Tested high water pressure, found pressure reducer valve was not working.- replaced it. Also, cold water inlet valve to water heater was leaking - replaced it. Also checked all plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, etc.). Everything fixed, excellent job. Would highly recommend Bonney.

He has designed the drainage and irrigation system for our large property; provided insight, suggestions and repair of our aging pipes; and completely replaced major portions of our home's plumbing, all while working in our budget and our timeline. They did a great job but a leak started 2 weeks ago and all their Google phone numbers are not work. Or we get messages their phone wasn't set up after 2300 dollars had to an other plumber vise 220 dollars for him to fim it he also pointed the usedyje old parts out of code so they suck on and follow up.

Francisco was able to help me with a quick troubleshoot the night before, and ended up being my technician the next morning. On his service, recommendations and willingness to explain, I plan on using them for the next house I will be purchasing!

We worked with Charles and Mary on the home plumbing issue we've had for years. They were both professional and responsive to my questions over the phone, via text, and in person. I liked the complimentary on-site inspection because I learned some things from Charles regarding how the plumbing system worked, and I didn't feel like he rushed the visit or explaining the mechanics to me. He was personable and didn't mind at all with our puppy hanging around us during the consult and appointment. In fact, he tried to social and play with him for a bit to ease his excitement.
The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like he pressured me into further sales when I presented my problems. Their texting system to communicate the logistics of the upcoming appointment was helpful. I highly recommend their services and working with Charles was easy.
