I had first call Aaron on a Sunday morning after Thanksgiving and he answered the phone. I could hear kid's laughing in the background and thought he might be a family man so I thought I'd give him a try. To my surprise he showed up in a few hours later and cleared my blocked kitchen drain. His prices are so affordable compared to the big box companies it's unbelievable. I gave him a big tip, and have had him out a number of times. I had him replace my hall bathtub, showed valve and head, upgrade some plumbing and couldn't be how fair his prices are. I've even had some repairs done at my mom's house (someone I can trust). Sometimes you find someone that is good at what they do and don't try to rip you off. I've found my plumber. I can't say enough about Aaron. I highly recommend his services.

I had a water leak under the sink and couldn't identify the source. Since I purchased the house 3 years ago, I've had a disposal installed and a friend do some minor adjustments -- the leak seemed to get worse not better.

Alvin came out, assessed the situation, and identified the issue. He not only gave a hourly estimate in advance, he estimated the time it usually takes to complete the job. He came the same day -- lucky for me because he just finished a big job and had time. When the job was finished, he offered a lower price based on the 'job' rather than an hourly rate. How great is that? Receipt was even in my inbox before he left the house :-)

Alvin was .... excellent! He was down to earth, professional, exceptionally skilled giving tips and education and simply pleasant. He is clearly experienced 'old school', doing things right the first time. His prices were fair -- there was no 'up-selling'. I will definitely keep his card handy for any future needs.

Excellent service! Our kitchen sink had backed up last night, 9-7-20 and we needed a plumbing service. I trust my neighbors on the Neighborhood App And recommended On the app was Val. I texted and was given a pretty quick response and a very reasonable quote. I was able to explain and text pictures of a leak we also had after trying to drain the trap ourselves. He had someone out in an hour who also used precautions with the Covid guidelines, which was very appreciated as my husband takes precautions due to his cancer. The job was done and Michal was very thorough as well as leaving the area clean. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

Sacramento Repipe and Plumbing is impressive! Dave came out to install a gas line for our pool, outdoor bbq, and fire pit. Because I am a hands on guy, I wanted to be a part of the project so he allowed me to crawl under the house to assist in Plumbing a 2” gas line down to 1 1/2” & 1” with over 100’ to the equipment. He was precise, and able to get the job done with professionalism and care.

He also fixed my water main that needed a new hose bib. I think he was showing off!

We also recommend Sacramento Repipe to my family and friends for water leaks. He has always provided great service.

Fraudulently charged me for monthly membership fees after cancelling with two separate staff members. When I requested a refund, I was refused because I couldn't prove that I had requested the cancellation.

I had a clogged main and they came out in an hour and fixed it quickly. It was inexpensive and they were polite and professional. I will call them for all my plumbing needs. I recommend them if you need a plumber.

We worked with Charles and Mary on the home plumbing issue we've had for years. They were both professional and responsive to my questions over the phone, via text, and in person. I liked the complimentary on-site inspection because I learned some things from Charles regarding how the plumbing system worked, and I didn't feel like he rushed the visit or explaining the mechanics to me. He was personable and didn't mind at all with our puppy hanging around us during the consult and appointment. In fact, he tried to social and play with him for a bit to ease his excitement.
The price was reasonable and I didn't feel like he pressured me into further sales when I presented my problems. Their texting system to communicate the logistics of the upcoming appointment was helpful. I highly recommend their services and working with Charles was easy. We called Domco first for a plumbing leak. Sean and Sauce quickly discovered where the leak was, and repaired it the same day. We requested a quote to remove a 50gal water heater and install a tankless water heater, which they did the next day. Sean and Alex were professional and kept us informed of their steps. We have definitely found our plumbers for life! Great job!

July 2018 In my opinion, the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced! Stay Away! I am a tenant in a house and the landlord contracted with Jeff's Plumbing to complete bathroom plumbing and to remove an old solar water heater system on the roof. After they completed the work, the main technician said they will complete a clean up and that everything was fixed. Guess What? They broke the solar water heater system glass panel in the front yard (thousand and thousands of pieces of safety glass) and LEFT IT FOR ME TO CLEAN UP. Most companies would have put a tarp down to collect the broken glass. Also, there was insulation everywhere from the removed system too. In addition, they left a shower door, framing for the shower door and brand new plumbing parts in the house. Would a good company leave a massive mess for someone else to clean up? This is what you can expect from Jeff's Plumbing! I called their office and immediately complained. They sent a worker to clean up the mess and the first thing he asked me for was a garbage bag. He said he forgot to put items to clean up in his truck. Was he coming to a pool party? He was here for an hour and left without cleaning up the glass. Then the main technician came the following day to vacuum up the glass. He had to go to home depot to get a broom and items for the clean up (guess he was also here for a pool party). When he said he was finished, I could still pick up glass in the yard (a lot is still there) but I told him to just go out of complete frustration. The list goes on with Jeff's company and my suggestion is to never use them. Also, in my experience, they are VERY, VERY RUDE! Stay Away!
