We needed our toilets replaced in our new place. I asked a few places for quotes, and they were by far the most responsive and were able to come the next day. Prices were similar compared to other places as well They came in the time promised and were extremely efficent. Mike kept me in the loop of any changes needed for my approval and details he noticed. He was even willing to answer some other plumbing related questions. Overall, a very good experience!! I would highly recommend them and I would use them again!

Nick saved the DAY! I was notified by a neighbor of a massive leak at my house. Nick came out almost immediately, got the leak stopped and was even able to run water to the house while the repairs were being made. He found out during inspection the plumbing was run incorrectly. He not only fixed the leak but also took some preventative measure's to prevent a repeat incident in the not so distant future. I found this very professional and intelligent. Matt Rhynes was my service tech. He counseled me on the problem that I was having and did great work and verified everything work as it should. He found one other problem while he was here and informed me. I had him do that repair as well. It could have caused serious problems for me down the road. The agent was nice , i would have give him 5 starts but we are not satisfied! He was very profesional but he didnt perform a free consult, instead, he verbally told us what he though the problem was, so we accepted to do the job but the problem was still there, the garbage disposal still leaking ! We paid $99.00 it was too much for the job he performed!
we are a senior plus, the issue was not resolved,
this service it should've be free or at least $25.00 so we are very disappointed!

La tina del baño según tenía mucho pelo pero no tiraba nada de agua y ahora en la mañana después de 24 horas que vinieron estas personas me dijeron que estaba liqueando agua y pues ahora ya tira de dos partes la llave de la tina los peores la verdad no es justo después de 11 meses que me espere para que me entregaran mi casa y pues desde entonses puras fallas con los sub contratistas que no saben lo que hacen no ay profesionalismo en estas compañías de preferred plumbing y Prefered reconstruction no los recomiendo para nada
