Best Water Heater Maintenance in Riverside CA

Had excellent service from Best plumbing service. I want to thanks to especially Adam and Mike. They were very professional and provide excellent workmanship. Strongly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing problems.

I called Ray a couple weeks ago to repair a kitchen line that kept clogging. He hydro jetted the kitchen sink and cleaned all the grease out. He was on time, professional and reasonable. In and out in no time and didn’t leave a mess like previous plumbers. I would 100% recommend Turbo’s and I found my lifelong plumber. Thanks Ray!

It happened during a 16 hour power outage, our water heater died. Not sure if it was the power outage or the fourteen years it's been doing a great job of heating our water. Our son is a contractor and recommended we call Big John's Plumbing in Riverside. It was Saturday so we called and left a message. Someone at Big John's Plumbing called on Sunday morning and we confirmed that the repair could wait until Monday morning. Mr. Ramon showed up Monday and worked for three hours+ to replace the water heater. He ran into several non-compliance methods used when the original water heater was installed. He revised and installed the correct connections and insured we were up to code. We had hot water an hour after Mr. Ramon's departure.

We would recommend Big John's Plumbing, for any of your plumbing needs, I'm sure, but especially if you are in need of a new water heater. They've got you covered.

This company performed a plumbing work on my condo unit on 04/13/2022. A simple job of unclogging the drain in my sink. The plumber had to run 75ft of snake from my sink pipe and through the HOA main pipe. The plumber was not able to take the snake down to the HOA main pipe and ended up entering straight forward to my neighbor's sink pipe (the unit in front of mine) and breaking his P trap, which caused his kitchen and part of his living room to fill with sewage. Besides that, the water that came out of the drain in my neighbor's unit ended leaking into the unit below him and damaging his ceiling with sewage. The company denied responsibility and did not repair any damage.

Absolutely the best! We arranged for them to go do several repairs to the home where my mother lives. They were not only professional, on time, and performed all the work in a superb manner, they were unbelievably kind and accommodating to my elderly mother. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Highly recommended. I had an emergency at one of my Airbnb properties and I had guest arriving the following morning. I reached out at 11p and Tameka responded by 11:20p; I had a confirmation within 10mins. She was communicative and extremely prompt. I needed services between 7-9a the following day and she made it happen. Dustin arrived by 7:45a and completed the job by 9a. He was friendly and efficient. They have a customer for life in me. Pride Plumber, Colin Brown arrived promptly at my house to repair a leak. He was very professional, personable and immediately identified the leak at my house and it’s cause. It was impressive to see him complete the repairs with such proficiency and expertise.

I had THREE Plumbers out today to unplug a blocked drain line. NOBODY could get it done.
