If you are in need of a plumber there is one and only one place to call! Plumbing Specialists! I live in an old house with terrible plumbing. I have called Plumbing Specialists out 2 times and would never consider calling another company. Not only were the plumbers friendly, talented and extremely professional, but the girls in the office are just a pleasure to talk to. I feel like I made a friend in Michelle, she is a treasure. Our situation became one that any other company would have turned us away (we didn't have the money at the time, my husband was laid off and I am struggling with health problems) Plumbing Specialists took care of our plumbing problem and is letting us make payments! Can you believe that? It's true, these folks are a true blessing from God. Jesse was fantastic! Overall, I was really worried about my water heater leak. It couldn't have happened at a worse time on Fourth of July weekend. Jesse called me multiple times to let me know his ETA and was the only person that put his own things aside to come help, whereas three other services providers couldn't schedule anything until the following week. Jesse took care of the situation promptly, gave me a demonstration of the new equipment, and was able to explain to me what he was doing throughout.

They were booked, and highly recommended Rooter Alert Plumbing knowing that they were specialists, and highly skilled in several areas including my trenchless sewer repair. The office and technicians were polite, professional and prompt and provided great communication. They provided excellent service at a good value and solved my main sewer line failure dilemma. The trenchless sewer technology they used (pipe bursting) was pretty amazing. These guys were a great team. I highly recommend them.
