5 Star Plumbing and Heating Service Is one of the Best Companies we have ever worked with, Period. My Husband and I are both Disabled and older. Our one and only Toilet stopped working and we were so worried. We found 5 Star, and they came to our rescue. They were here in Less than 1 Hour and took care of it for us. TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home, there was a link in the upstairs restroom. I contacted Active Plumbing and they sent a crew out right away to assess the problem. They determined the job and got straight to work. about 3 hours later the technicians were finished and gave me a reasonable yet fair total for the job. This company is honest, fast, reliable, quick, efficient, knowledgeable and they were also clean; being mindful of the other projects we had going on. My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They are super professional. A+ rating.

I searched Craigslist and noticed RNs ad. I'm glad I called... the owner listened to my concern and scheduled a same day arrival. He showed up on time, and fixed the clogged shower drain issue in a matter of minutes. His rate is very affordable and he was very honest. I will definitely contact him again for plumbing services.

Some background: I had a slow/no drain shower. I originally called All-Pro services, and they said I needed a whole house hydro jetting to fix this issue. I accepted, and the bill was astronomical! however, the drain was still not fixed. All they did was pressure wash 2 vent pipes from the roof!

Learn from my mistake! Go with honest ppl like RN plumbing.

Though Mr Rooter unclogged our sink, the problem went to the shower room. But he came back n fixed it wholeheartedly.

Dane & Christian arrived in less than an hour of placing a call for an air conditioner not working. They worked for hours diagnosing the problem. At first it appeared the compressor had frozen but they checked a few more things and fixed the problem for much less than a new compressor costs. Have a water leak. Roto-Rooter was late to show up. I get a gentleman which spent 30 minutes telling me might be this and might be that. Was not sure of anything. Finally told me that he needs a special gadget that will point out exactly the problem. However is not available till 3 more days,??.
