TL:DR -- I recommend FPS Plumbing 100%.

FPS Plumbing was very quick to respond to each and every text or email I sent in regards to the project. Tameka is professional and patient with scheduling and replies. Our plumber Dustin was 100% on time and I cannot stress enough how fantastic his work is. We had to have our 1 copper main shutoff valve, pressure valve, and a hose bib replaced on one line. He worked magic.

The old setup was a nightmare with the shutoff valve needed approximately 30 turns -- 30 turns!!! -- to shut off the flow to the house. It was also almost touching the stucco wall, so torn knuckles were expected. There was also a spot where they broke the wall and filled it with spray foam! Dustin built a new setup that is like a work of art. When he sweats copper pipe the joints are really clean. Since it's all visible that's greatly appreciated. I can now repair the wall and have a setup that would look great if we ever wanted to sell. And my main shutoff valve closes with 1/4 turn instead of 30!!!

Our hot water line to our washer was for whatever reason capped off and I asked Rene if would be able to attach a line that extends down to reach next to the cold water pipe line. Daniel Guerra came out from All Pro Plumbing to fix a leaky shower head and the shower nozzle that was stuck. He was courteous, efficient, and punctual. He was mindful of our budget and gave us different options to choose from for the repair. He did a great job replacing everything. He thoroughly explained every repair that was done. I would definitely recommend him as a plumber.

Nothing short of amazing.

Fidelity Home Warranty sent people to my home when my pilot light wouldn't ignite. They suggested replacement but informed me that I would have to have custom-built cabinetry installed before I owned the house, removed, and re-installed. It would have been terribly expensive. I called around. I spoke with three businesses getting quotes for each. WHO was the lowest-price. They offered Water Heaters that aren't Rheem. I started to research, Bradford and White are long-standing, have good reviews, and a better warranty.

The other companies said they would try to remove the water heater without removing the cabinets. The others suggested they would need two men to do the job.

WHO said they could do it in 4 hours with one man. I was doubtful.

Then came install day.

And Marcus showed up.

Professional, courteous, kind, fun, personable, AND CAPABLE. This guy did SOLO what I was told was a job that was both impossible without the suggested modifications to my garage OR required TWO men.

And all the while I would come out and check on him from time to time to make sure he had water and was welcome to use the restroom if he needed it. I'd crack jokes. He'd laugh. We'd laugh. I've NEVER had an experience with someone coming to my home to make repairs like this, NEVER.
