Joe came to the rescue after I had a bad experience with a large plumbing company. My tenants had a leak from the upstairs shower tub and water was running down the ceiling vent next to my ceiling fan. I called a large company with good reviews on Yelp, but they were wreckless. They asked to break the wall, gave me a quote between $2500-$3500 to replace everything including fixtures.

I decided to get a second opinion through a personal referral but the original plumber didn't service my area so Joe was referred to me.

I called Joe and he answers my call every time. He worked with my tenants work schedule. He assessed my situation and observed the leak came from the spout so he wanted to fix the obvious first. He even wanted to be thorough by having the same brand and model of the spout to make the same fit. He tested the replacement and there wasn't a leak anymore. Joe was honest, efficient, professional and my tenants told me he was so nice!! I am going to refer all my friends and family to Joe!!

He responded to the unit within 2 hours and immediately set out to diagnose the problem. Within 2 days they had the blockage cleared and the break in the line fixed. I purchased a tankless water heater from Home Depot in Palm Springs and they referred ARS to me for the work. ARS called me and scheduled the estimate/installation for Friday 1/13/17. I waited the entire day and the ARS plumber never arrived. When I called the ARS office to find out what happened, the woman from ARS was rude and ended the call. I informed Home Depot and requested that ARS be removed from their list of service providers.

We had a major sewer problem with our home. We called Benjamin's Plumbing in desperation. We explained the issue and we're told within the hour they would have a technician come out and assist with our problem. About 45 minutes later their was a knock at our door. Ben introduce himself and asked us a few questions. He was very polite and professional. It only took him around 20 minutes to diagnosed the problem. Ben then explained what needed to be done. He gave us a few options to mitigate the problem. The whole time he communicated step by step. This was extremely important to us so that we would know how much everything would cost.
