I had the worst experience with Rooter Alert. Initial call to set up a diagnostic appointment for $125.00 was very easy set up. Even the technician, Mario, when he came out, he was very friendly and explained that the problem was not sever and simple cleaning was all. The technician and I both forgot about the $125.00 payment that I was supposed to give to him so I called the company to ask them to send me a bill so that I can pay for the diagnostic service and get a full review of what I needed to have done. They did not send me an email or suggested work that needs to be done. I called them that same day, two days later, again left a message on website chat, another message, no one got back to me until 11 days later they contacted me. Their excuse was that they had the wrong email address. In the meantime, during those 11 days, I have already patched up my walls and had it painted. If you want fast reliable response don’t work with this company.

I found Ryan on Craigslist when I was looking for a water heater installer. I was quite skeptical at first but Ryan remained very professional and patient despite all my questions. His price seemed fair compared to other quotes we received. He accommodated our schedule, arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and cleaned up well before he left. We even had him replace our vanity. We were very pleased to have found him and would not hesitate to contact him again should we require plumbing work in the future.
