These guys are amazing. I was selling my home in a hurry and had a finicky buyer. They wanted an airator on a bathroom sink replaced and a wobbly faucet tightened, but stipulated it be done by a professional and wanted an invoice as proof. Quick easy tasks I could have done myself. I called 2 other plummers who wouldn't accept such a small job. Jim and sons came in and did the repairs in less than 15 minutes. Quick, professional all around honest guys. I am so grateful companies like this still exist.

Worst Customer Service ever, rude, and very sloppy work, he was supposed to come back and complete the job, instead he sent someone else who was worse, and they just left the drains worse then they were. Worst experience ever.!

Plumbing Specialist, Inc. was timely, friendly, professional and addressed our need. They were reasonable in their pricing and did not charge us for the downtime - over an hour - that was required to get a necessary camera there in order to locate the specific nature of the clog. I would highly recommend their service.

My mother’s water hose was broken and we didn’t who to call. We found 5 star plumbing online and we are so lucky to have chosen them. They came the same day we called and fixed her hose in minutes. Fernando and his colleague were both very friendly and explained everything to my mom and I.

Omar & Adrian were FANTASTIC!! We had another of the big firms in the valley, who advertise a lot in Palm Springs, and they failed to respond to the specific request and my amateur diagnosis I had done by searching the web. They charged $400 to do, basically, NOTHING!

Omar understood exactly what I was explaining, went directly to the wiring problem and rewired the NEST thermostat and the termination point on our package unit. Only charged the $99 service call since is was a straight-forward fix!! And, they were very friendly and courteous!!

BWR is now our new go-to for all HVAC problems (we have one large package unit and 2 split units). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Cannot recommend Empire leak enough! Found a puddle of water in my room. I thought a pipe burst under the slab. I wanted to cry. Called Empire Leak and Dale was here within the hour! He found the leak, a burst hose on our water heater, within 10 minutes of being here. He was amazing. Told me I just needed to fix the hose and viola problem solved. By far the best experience I’ve been had with a plumbing company. Call them. They will help and be amazing and affordable all at the same time.

Update: This has nothing really to do with this company, but Dale brought along a guy with him that “specialized in water damage”. The guy wasn’t associated with Dale or his company, but the company, FPR, are total scam artists. If Dale recommends this company or Carl do not go with them. They tell you they’ve worked with all insurance companies for the last 8,000 years but when it comes time to work with them they tell you that isn’t their job.

C. Downs was quick, clean and curtious. My complaint is that he broke the electrical box on his machine as he brought it in the house and then tried to rewire it in my bathroom. He plugged it in and it blew my fuse. I reset it and he tried several times to fix it. The final time you could smell burning electrical. He swapped the machines out and finished the job. Since then we have had electrical issues through tour house. We called our landlord and he had to replace the fuse as it was all burnt up. Our dryer doesn’t work at all now and our tv picture is all messed up. This is due to the surges when he kept trying to fix and use his machine. We have called multiple times to complain and try to get our stuff replaced and the manager never gets back to us. The worst part is, now our kids have no tv and we cannot dry our clothes and we are worried of the possibility of a fire starting in the walls.

Elite Plumbing went above and beyond to fix the issues that were presented. Jorge Nunez the technician was very knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. The professionalism and polite manner that Jorge displayed made this unpleasant experience so much better.

We had a major sewer problem with our home. We called Benjamin's Plumbing in desperation. We explained the issue and we're told within the hour they would have a technician come out and assist with our problem. About 45 minutes later their was a knock at our door. Ben introduce himself and asked us a few questions. He was very polite and professional. It only took him around 20 minutes to diagnosed the problem. Ben then explained what needed to be done. He gave us a few options to mitigate the problem. The whole time he communicated step by step. This was extremely important to us so that we would know how much everything would cost. The experience with Ben made a bad nightmare bearable and pleasant under the current conditions. I would highly recommend Benjamin's Plumbing.
