I HAVE TO REPORT!! My mother needed urgent help. Her shower faucet was stuck open. I live over 3 hours away from her and the best I can do was to guide her to the main shutoff valve. I called Five Star Plumbing, Heating, & Air because of their positive reviews. I don’t post reviews much, but because of their excellent dispatch response (friendly & fast) and superior service by David B, I had to boast about this company! So, Five Star Plumbing, THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR SERVICE WITH EXCELLENCE. YOU TOOK CARE OF MY MOTHER, and because you did that, YOU ALSO TOOK CARE OF OUR ENTIRE FAMILY!! We highly recommend this professional company!

Last night, my tenants called and informed me, the toilets and shower drains were clogged. I called Mr. Rooter and they sent someone out at 7pm and in the rain. At first I thought they were going to charge me an emergency fee, or a fee for just sending someone, but I was told there was no fee. The dispatch center sent Santiago who was more than amazing. Alone and in the dark, he was able to figure out the possible problem; however, because of the rain, he had to come back today. Early the next morning, Santiago returned with Gabriel. They identified the neighbors pipes were the cause of my issue, and the sewer line was connected, to mine. I called Jurupa Valley city sewer company and they also came out. Santiago, along with 3 additional coworkers, and the city sewer company both ended up working together. Within two hours, we were back in services. What I like the most about Santiago and Gabriel was that they were honest. They didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, and explained the whole process as they came across a problem. They went above and beyond. Thank you again.

I called Preferred plumbing 911 inc. regarding replacing a leaking water heater. Art was able to give a quote over the phone. Prior to his arrival I received a ETA call from the office Customer service representative. She was polite & professional. Art was professional & knowledgable. I never felt upsold & he did all the work for the price I was quoted. Good & honest plumber's are hard to find! I will differently be using this company again & highly recommend them to anyone!

We had our water heater go out just before the weekend, we called Water Heaters Only on Monday morning and they came out the same day! The technician, Ron Gautreae, was great!
