Adam was knowledge and highly competent in replacing the cartridge needed to stop the faucet leak. He explained what need to be fixed, so I was able to understand what he needed to do. I felt confident that I was getting the repair that was needed to fix the leak. In the end, NO LEAK! I recommend Adam foe your plumbing needs. He was professional and clean serviceman. Ok. To make a long story short, I didn't call Big John in the first place. I learned my lesson the hard way and I will now NEVER use anyone else. I went with another plumber and $2000 dollars later the problem was not fixed. I had this other plumber over four times and he kept blaming my tenants. My tenants could not take a shower their first week there. I was completely embarrassed.

I called Big John on an early Saturday morning and he swung by noon on time. He took a look at the situation and took care of the problem lickity split. My tenants were hesitant because of the last plumber. We had water running in all the bathrooms, showers, sinks, flushing toilet paper down the toilet and trying to bombard the system. What do you know..,everything was working. Thanks Big John.

This is the second time I have used Anthony's Plumbing and both times it was an emergency issue due to water leaks. Alma from customer service was so helpful and she was able to schedule me in, even though it would be later in the evening. Ulyses & Francisco were wonderful to work with. They took time with me to explain what was the issue with the leak in my kitchen faucet. They went out of their way to help me purchase a new faucet and and stayed much longer than most company's would to complete the job. They were friendly and very professional. I'm very pleased with the outcome of a job well done, thank you to the team once again.

5 Star Plumbing is an excellent company with exceptional service. They were able to come out the next day and complete a full inspection to determine the problem. Their prices were very reasonable. The work completed included breaking concrete, repairing a pipe, and laying new concrete. The repair and concrete work were seamless and I was very pleased on how well the concrete looks. I will be contacting them for any future plumbing needs.

If you need someone to call you back. Don't bother. I've called twice in the last week but to no avail. The last time they came out, they overpriced me a quote. Last visit it took 4 calls for a return call. The first time they did a good job, but after that it was downhill from there. Glad I found another company that's responsive.
