So we called him about replacing our kitchen sink. We left a message and he called us right back. He seemed knowledgable, and we schedule him to come to the house. However, he never showed up, and my wife wasted half a day waiting around for him. She called him several times and left messages, but he never responded. My advice is to stear clear of this guy.

If you need someone to call you back. Don't bother. I've called twice in the last week but to no avail. The last time they came out, they overpriced me a quote. Last visit it took 4 calls for a return call. The first time they did a good job, but after that it was downhill from there. Glad I found another company that's responsive.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the service George was very friendly and professional he fixed our clogged sink in less than one hour showed up to my house in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night we highly recommend George and A&O pluming they will definitely be our go to company from now on

I had a water heater blow up, which I discovered early Monday morning. By 6:00 am, I had sent out multiple requests for quotes on Yelp and George was the first to respond. George was professional and clear about what was included in the price. He had availability that day. After receiving the rest of the quotes, I chose Alpha & Omega Plumbing because George was a pro, not a pushy salesman and his pricing was right in line. George and Joe arrived later that morning and they were very personable and professional. They did the work (I wanted to do the sheet rock repair myself) and they made sure I had all the information I needed. Everything about their work is pro class. I recommend them whole-heartedly.

Two days ago our garbage disposal decided to leak and wet our entire cabinets under the sink, onto the floor and reached the adjacent cabinets. I thought about replacing it myself but unfortunately was busy taking care of my wife after her surgery and wasn't up to the task. I spoke to George who went over the process and the options I had. I decided to go with the same brand of garbage disposal and horsepower but better yet... they agreed to purchase the garbage disposal which saved me a trip to the hardware store. They went above and beyond since again... I had my hands full taking care of my wife, daughter, and dog. They arrived earlier than expected which was also a plus. They went over the information with me after the installation and were quick to complete the job. After they were done with the garbage disposal... I spoke to them about a water hose bib that kept leaking water each time we turned it on to wash the cars and water the plants in our front yard. We went over the details and they ended up replacing the water hose bib for me and glad to say... no more leaks!!!!

Overall, it was reasonably priced, the job was done right, and they took their time to answer all the questions my wife and I had. I know moving forward... I will use Alpha and Omega for all my plumbing needs. My wife and I are thinking of installing a water softener plus a few other things and I just don't see how I won't be calling these guys again.

I received great communication from Alpha and Omega. From the first phone call to the completion of the work. George was great at explaining everything. Nate and Dave, unplugged my toilet, installed a new toilet, and cleaned up after. Great from start to finish!

Woke up to a pinhole leak above our water heater that needed a specialty fitting. I reached out to A&O who was helpful and explained what was needed over the phone. While I wanted to get quotes, Jorge let me know to do a DIY temp repair to hold it over.

Come the day of the repair, the two Tech's arrived on time and were very professional. The repair took about an hour and turned out great. I'd highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

George, Manuel and Nate came to my house to demo out my shower in my guest restroom and did an amazing Job. I have another company doing the finish work, but the results of the demo were so good and the pricing was so fair I’d love to use them for other future projects! Great job Gentlemen! Thank you!

I bought a toilet from Home Depot and tried to use their install service but they did not have any installers in my area. So I went to the Yelp project app and received a response from this company within 10 minutes (even thought it was after hours).

The owner, George, was responsive, clear and upfront about all costs. None of this $100 to come to your house to inspect and then we will guess at the price. They had set pricing for toilet swaps.

He had an appointment for the next morning and also offered to have his guys pick up the toilet from the store.

The next morning he followed up with the schedule (it was raining so his guys hit traffic) and shortly afterward two of his plumbers were at my door.

They were friendly and efficient. They talked me through each step of the replacement and install.

I was really happy with their service and while they were here, also had them quote a water heater and regulator.

Great work and very quick response. Absolutely recommend.

Gave me bad information ,They said they would be back the next day to correct that . I took the day off work to meet them and they totally left me hanging very un professional and I will never use them again.

We called Alpha & Omega plumbing and they were able to come to give me a quote within 20 minutes. He offered to do an over the phone quote if I could send him photos(convenient). My elderly mother had a new washer and dryer delivered but the pipe to the hot water valve was leaking at the base and needed to be repaired/replaced. Prior to coming he gave me an over the phone range of the prices depending on what he found which I loved. That way I knew if it was within my price range. Repair was done quickly, efficiently and very friendly. I found the price to be very reasonable so I didn't need to get a second quote. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again for all of my plumbing needs.
